Shipping took longer than stated. Spent $90 for 2 things that I will not be able to wear due to sizing. They refused to allow me to exchange for a different size. They only allow for damaged items but their policy is misleading. Will not buy again and strongly advise to not order from them either unless you like throwing away money.

DO NOT ORDER from them! No clothing received! No refund! Out $496.00! I ordered clothing on 7/4/2020 and immediately canceled my order & requested a refund less than an hour after ordering. According to their refund policy, they refund 100% for orders canceled within 24 hours. I have emailed, contacted through FB, and Instagram with no response the past 19 days...

I bought 3 dresses, 2 sizes of each, to try out which size fits me best. This was my first experience with the store and in most online stores, returns are available.

They don't do RETURNS, not even if you pay the mail cost. They first offered me this, but then they don't.
The worst experience.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I received a dress (XXL), paid over $50 with shipping, received it about 45 days after I ordered it, and I can’t even get my head through the neck hole. Neither can my 13 year old daughter. We both have small to average size heads. Romdiva will not refund the dress. Pathetic, horrible customer service.

I made the mistake of accidentally including this website URL in a communication that went to Rom Diva on July 10. I thought I was sending a confidential report to PayPal to try to get my money back. Please be aware and suspicious of any “positive” reviews that come in around or after July 10, as it could be a fake Rom Diva reviewer. They create fake reviews on their own website and delete negative reviews on their social media.

P.S.- The items are not at all as pictured or described online. Cheap knock offs that are worth a fraction of what they charge. They do not offer refunds.

Terrible quality nothing like the images on instagram

To go along with the other reviews, material is like NOTHING in the pictures, I wear an XL, I ordered a size up b/c things on line are usually smaller, all the items were like a "smedium". I have emailed them multiply times, they did reply asking what was wrong, when I told them and requested directions on how to return, they keep emailing me back an email that is not legible, mostly squares and question marks (3x's). DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....

This company is a scam. Product is not anywhere close to what is advertised and they refuse to accept returns despite website advertising “30 day money back guarantee.”

Do not order! They are in Hong Kong and took a month to arrive and very poorly made!! Also none of the items fit!

Terrible quality, both in the synthetic material and print of the pattern on the dress. No tags or labels; no paperwork in the bag. I am in communication about a refund but they are not honouring their advertised returns policy at the moment, despite the pictures I sent as requested. I will update this review if I get an appropriate response.

Complete rip off of real things.. ordered 2 dresses, the price was slightly less than on other sites.. wrong material, wrong cut .. even on their website it claims that it’s linen/ cotton- completely synthetic and. And not what I ordered- do not look like the pictures and actualy when you look at pictures they look like the ones borrowed from Instagram ! Avoid unless you want crappy clothes sent an email and didn’t get any response ..
