My purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case. 4 different phones over time and each time the Rome Tech case fits my phone. It really is that simple. the case is built to fit the phone and it performs it's designed function. While other companies try to add in bells and whistles that seem more appealing, (like a POS screen protector that actually interferes with operating the phone) those bells and whistles make for a poorly designed, excessively expensive case

I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery (X1 Carbon Gen3 instead of X1 Carbon Tablet Gen 3), a simple mistake that could have happened to anyway.
The customer service was really excellent and prompt and gave me a refund as well.. really going the extra mile.
I know where to get my unusual / odd batteries next time :)
