Really pleasant customer service
After received product (small CMOS battery) had little bit different connector, they generously offered a few different solutions. They offered to send correct new product but also another faster solution. After a little wait overlapping holiday season, they sent me the correct battery and I happily received it unexpectedly fast. (Faster solution was also very clever and useful.)

This is the second kickstand holster…
This is the second kickstand holster case I have purchased for my iPhone 13 mini from Rome Tech. Gave you 4 stars the first time because the case had sharp edges I had to file down. The problem has been fixed on this one. Great price and delivered in about 5 days.

The person on the tech desk was polite…
The person on the tech desk was polite and respectful. She realized they had a problem with the product and immediately sent me a new one. The product is excellent and really protects my phone. The replacement has some glue applied to hold the pin in place where the original did not have this. I think it will last this time.
