Booked a drop off straight to my address in London. They have texted at 2am in the morning saying they will arrive at 5am. Never bothered to arrive. Now they’re saying they will drop my parcel at 2am 6 miles away from home. Even though I paid premium for it to be delivered at my address. The company does not have a HQ in London so they can’t drop your parcel off there in case of no-shows etc.
If you want to save time and energy, look for another company.

romfur drivers are very unpolite and arrogants. they have poor logisting and poor customer service. i will not use or recomand to anyone to call them for deliveries.

Very satisfied for the first time working with them.

The most unserious company I have ever saw! They never come to pick you up! The drivers are incredibly unrespeactful! One star its just too much for them!

Gifts stolen from packages
I sent two packages from Delft to Romania. One of the packages was opened and 80% stolen.

It is the worst thing that can happen.
Coffee and sweets can be found everywhere, why would anyone lend themselves to such a thing?

I do not recommend Romfour. They lost me as a customer.

Am trimis doua pachete din Olanda in Romania. Unul din pachete a fost desfacut si furat 80%.

Este cel mai urat lucru care se poate intampla.

Nu recomand Romfour. Pe mine m-au pierdut de cliet.

Delivery of a bag from Bucharest to Copenhagen: I get called by one of the drivers demanding me to come to the car and collect my parcel because "HE COULD NOT LEAVE THE CAR UNATTENDED"!! Where then?? He did not know and claimed that the GPS got him there (a parking lot somewhere in the area)...not able to describe where he was whatsoever. After threatening to leave in 5 minutes, HE JUST HANG UP ON ME !!! I have to leave my child home alone to search for him around the block, just to find him and the second driver (the unattended car story does not hold, right?) chilling in the vehicle.
2 stars because they came rather fast and the package was intact. The rest is a garbage service. Never again.
BTW, he does not need to come to the building because "he does not deliver food"!! How could he?? He does not know where he is, nor where he should be!

I have booked a delivery from France to Romania and back, by phone, door to door. Addresses were mentioned from the beginning, full details as well. The packages have been picked up from France, delivered to Romania, and the one from Romania picked up at the reception of the sent ones, as agreed. One week later we were called to be informed that the package from Romania will be sent back, since they do not deliver at the required address in France, and that the pickup of initial delivery (5 packs) it was an exception ! I understand that delivering only one pack is not that interesting from financial point of view, but a delivery and engagement cannot be abandonned just like that ! No alert has been raised while doing the reservation on the address in France during the reservation, when picking up the packs by tramnsport company neither! We could have searched another company ! Really bad experience, I do not recommend at all !

Am rezervat telefonic o livrare din Franta in Romania si retur, din usa in usa. Adresele au fost menționate de la început, detalii complete deasemenea. Coletele au fost ridicate din Franta, livrate in Romania, iar cel din Romania ridicat la receptia celor trimise, conform acordului. O saptamana mai tarziu am fost sunati pentru a fi informati ca coletul din Romania va fi trimis inapoi, intrucat firma respectiva nu livreaza la adresa ceruta din Franta, si ca ridicarea livrarii initiale (de 5 pachete) a fost o exceptie! Înțeleg că livrarea unui singur colet nu este atât de interesantă din punct de vedere financiar ca cea a 5 colete, dar o livrare și un angajament nu pot fi abandonate in acest fel! Nu a fost ridicata nici o alertă referitoare la adresa din Franța, nici in în timpul rezervării nici ulterior la ridicarea coletelor din Franta de catre firma de transport! Am fi putut căuta altă companie! Experiență foarte proastă, nu recomand deloc!

Bad experience in the Netherlands, very unprofesionnal and rude customer service. They bring the package to the destination "when the drivers have time". The 2-7 days delivery time advertisement is a joke. No information or whatsoever about an aproximate delivery date! (Forget about time) Never again! If you want your package in a decent amount of time don't go for Romfour!!

Bad experience in france . They take orders , they call you to confirm that but never come nobody call you and nothing. Lose your time to wait

Company to be forgotten, to be deleted.
Zero information, changes not communicated, departure and arrival times announced at the time, buses to Italy equal to cattle wagons.
Never again, never again and never again.
For 20€ more, much better competition with comfortable buses and shorter journey times.
Alba Iulia-Oradea 8 hours of travel ... absurd ... unacceptable.

Compania să fie uitată, să fie ștearsă.
Informații zero, modificări necomunicate, ore de plecare și de sosire anunțate la momentul respectiv, autobuze spre Italia egale cu vagoane de vite.
Niciodată, niciodată și niciodată.
Pentru 20€ în plus, concurență mult mai bună, cu autobuze confortabile și timpi de călătorie mai scurți.
Alba Iulia-Oradea 8 ore de călătorie ... absurd ... inacceptabil.

I do not recommend using these people for shipping your packages.They are arrogant and straight up rude. I have sent a package for my boyfriend and it took 3 weeks for them to deliver it. They said they will deliver on Saturday (it should have taken around 4 days for them to deliver,as they promised) but it never came because the person who wrote the address for them wrote the phone number wrong,which wasn't our fault.Then the next week he said he will come and he will call.He never did. My boyfriend took the day off from work to be able to get the package and they never came. Third week,it came on a Sunday and the package was torn apart,it didn't even look like a square box anymore.It was an awful experience. Just awful. Never in my life I have experienced something like this. Whatever you do,just dont send packages with them or you're in for a whole rollercoaster of bad stuff.Also,let me mention that the guy shipping it yelled at my family and my boyfriend and they tried to gaslight us multiple times saying it was our fault when he clearly didn't do his job well.

I have booked a pick up of some stuff to send from Lelystad to Bacău-Romania a certain day (Sunday) being home only on weekend time.
The lady who have booked it,she sayd:*Sunday afternoon-ok,perfect!** (I am reproducing her own words)!
Untill 22:35 Sunday pm nobody contacted me,then a man called saying that he can come in Monday morning at 04:00 AM only!
Nobody mentioned this inconvenient before to book and if you call they don't answer,will call you back after some hours!🤨
Given the situation,I denied the pick up and sent 4 packs of 20 kg with a different Company and mutch chipper 👍
Happy for that and disappointed for Romfour👎

Avoid at all cost. Highly unorganised , drivers are very unfriendly even aggressive at some point. They stopped to eat in Hungary for 2 hours.

I had an extremely bad experience - the time wasted was not worth the cost saved compared to other delivery services. Although I had ordered delivery to location, romfour called me to come to a fixed location to pick up the package. They told me 8pm, and when I arrived, they told me to wait an hour and a half. I waited, they didn't come, and I went home. Then they call me the 2nd day and expect me to come to the location again. Because I wanted to pick up my package, I went and they didn't even have POS for card payment, and they didn't notify me so I had to look for cash. After all that, they asked me to pay the fee for delivery to the location, even though my wasted time cost more than the delivery of the whole package! I will not use this service again and will not recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT EVEN THINK TO TRAVEL OR SENT PACKAGES WITH THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL REGRET IT SOOO BAD :(

If I can give under one star I would not hesitate. Crap company. Made a booking for two parcels to be picked up. Never called, never came to pickup the parcel. NEVER USE THIS "COMPANY"

Don’t , but don’t travel with them at all cost. What kind of company is this ??? They lie and they mislead you so bedly. We are for more then 27 hours on the way from Galati to Vienna and still didn't arrived!
They informed us the road takes 17 hours!!!!! Definitly I and all my family members wont take this busses ever again!!!!!

They left me at the border with UK in France in a hotel in Calais just cuz my PCR test expired during the trip, and they couldn't pass with the other guys. I said I would pay for the tests f others and the ferryboat. The driver said there is nothing they would do. I was wondering what was the policy in these cases. So here I was, hungry, two apples left with no money, and never to be called again. Its a baaad service and wasn't expecting to see reality that harsh. I'M telling you guys. I am a coffee shop owner. And if I had that company I would ensure all my customers get a car back or support when necessary! It might be my mistake but the service rendered is awful.

My luck was to see a gypsy from my country having the same problem. So the next day went to the border by foot. 2h walk with d bags, starving... And saw this guy waiting, no battery and passed off. He was alone and needed the locator form and the test. I have helped him do it, and I also did mine, cuz I wouldn't travel with Romfour now, so we could pass. And then we both paid for the ferry 180 pounds, and had a nice meal on the upper deck thinking after that, how fup is the company when tough things comes for their customers. I don't know, its just my point. It could have been sooo bad. Many people in my situation... I would refund the money of these people who never reached the destination...
