Data breach in 2018 not known to me. My details are available on the dark web. I have received distressing emails blackmailing me. Luckily I never actually ordered from them. I cannot comment on their service, clothing or delivery.

I ordered from ROMWE for the first time on Saturday let me tell you I was very skeptical about it especially seeing that it was shipped the night I ordered it. I was so wrong about it I loved everything. My package was supposed to come March 1-3 but it came yesterday. I love all of my clothes can’t wait to actually be able to go out to concerts and stuff and wear them

I've been informed that my account details from Rowme were sold on the dark web, including my password. This has caused me no end of problems the past few months. I never received an email for Rowme to inform me of this breach so that I could have taken earlier action.

- Cute, affordable clothes!
- Save yourself from poorer quality items by reading the reviews, reading the size measurements, and looking at customer photos.
- Figuring out how to submit a customer support ticket on the website is very difficult (lots of automated bot replies). Instead, I recommend e-mailing them with your order number - webmaster (at) romwe.com. I got a fast reply within 2h hours.

A note on express shipping
- The website advertises "free express shipping" if you spend over X amount, and that is true. Romwe will not charge you.
- However, you may get charged import tax fees. I got charged $29.09 by the shipping company DHL on my $102 order. I was notified by DHL through e-mail the day after I placed my order - this was quite the unpleasant surprise.
- Romwe will not refund this fee because it is written in the fine print when you select express shipping that fees may apply
- Good news, super fast shipping, delivered to Canada in 1 week.

Ordered for the first time. I never got my package even though my Romwe account said it was delivered. They don’t answer emails either. My tracking number didn’t even show up on the site they provided to get your courier. Such a scam !!!!

Ordered for the first time, was a little sceptical at the start. Delivery came a lot quicker than expected which was amazing! The items I ordered I was really surprised at how great they were. Would definitely be using here again

I’ve bought from here tens of times and all of a sudden my package is lost. I paid 100 dollars two months ago and nothing. I’ve contacted the agent and I’ve been knocked off a couple times because the 5 minute rule of not being able to leave the chat and now they’re ACTUALLY ignoring me can you believe that? I’ve spent thousands here and never.ever. Again.

The clothes are amazing and are true to size, the delivery even came early! So stylish, well made and high quality and their free gifts are awesome! Buy from here you won’t be disappointed! Honestly there are so many bad reviews but this is now one of my favourite online shops! :)

Returns are expensive item was returned 13th January received and it’s now the 9th of February and still no money Returned! ... they’ve told me in an email to contact my bank??? But it was a credit card payment!
Would never use this site again ... £2.50 to return an item that would cost about £1 postage ..

My order never arrived, I keep trying to contact customer service but they don't have any way of contacting an actual person, just an automated thing that isn't helpful AT ALL. I keep asking why my package never arrived and it just tells me the same message about how I should make sure I'm home to receive the package. I just want the items I paid for

Most items were as shown, but very bad quality and were not the size I ordered... I still wear the shirts and belts I got, but the belt chain broke as soon as I put it on. DON'T SHOP FROM HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY CLOTHES

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They ONLY make up excuses they NEVER take any responsibility for what is clearly their fault. I had been a customer but never used frequently but the time frame on these orders. You can get you shipment either right away or a month later there is no in between.

I was very skeptical when my daughter wanted to order from Romwe, after all these bad reviews I read! But I took the chance and I'm glad I did. I was very pleasantly surprised when our package showed up way quicker than expected. The items were of pretty decent quality for the price and really cute. I didn't have a problem with the order so I can't say how their customer service is. The order shipped very quick with tracking along the way and arrived with no duties so I'm happy! I would order from them again!

I order thing for valentine's and a friends birthday. But most of it has been refunded 1 that was refunded I didnt want which was the backpack. But the rest I've wanted I paid for all of it and it was all successful. The location, card info and everything else was correct. But they still refunded them for no reason. My friend had let me use his card so I cant show proof everything on the card is right. I dont wanna use his card no more cause it's his and it's his money. I just dont understand why some of my orders got refunded.

I placed my order on the 5th of November and since the 19th of January it has said “returning to sender” I have no clue what this means or why they are returning, I have tried to contact them but all I can do is talk to a robot that doesn’t help in the slightest. Do not recommend and I will definitely not be ordering from here again

I ordered a bikini on the 14th of January and still hasn’t turned up I have seen that some peoples orders that have less take 2 months so if it turns up in the next month I’ll update this review. But so far not so good.

So here’s the tea with romwe . You have to order a decent amount of chlothes to receive it quickly . I’ve ordered 1 thing , 6 things and those packages took up to almost two months . I ordered 26 items and they got to me in a week . You have to do research on the items you order , look through photos and reviews and you will gain info on material / fit etc. romwe is amazing if you know how to navigate through the website !

Romwe is a fun, fashionable site where you can buy many things such as the latest trend of clothing, room decorations, kitchen tools and more. It is very cheap/affordable and the delivery rate is very quick. Atleast in my experience of shopping from their app.
The first time shopping here, I was nervous but it was a good experience. I was buying summer clothes and gifts for my friends and with the total of 11, I only paid 35 dollars plus tax. I didn’t have to pay shipping because once you paud over a certain amount the shipping was free, plus even though I had never used the app or site before I was given coupons that I could use depending on the amount being spent. With this, I used the 10% coupon because originally my cart price was almost 40 dollars but it went down. I've used it a lot ever since but I would recommend looking at reviews first because the sizes don't always match up and also don't make an account because it has been known that your information can get leaked onto the dark web.

Never ordering here again they keep canceling my orders it’s crap I thought it’s a good company when I get my money back I am never shopping there again really peed off I am using holliser now I know never trust ROMWE 😡
