Great ordering all delivered quickly and a great product

As a tradesman having had my own business for 15 years used this company to buy som roofing sheets and pitched roof windows. My order went through and was split into 2 which was fine, first part been due for delivery the following Monday, this turned up fine and on time, the 2nd part said the thursday but turned up 2 days early ad luckily a neighbour took it for me but they didnt know was meant to be 3 items not 2 but wasnt their problem. I called looking for the missing items 3 days running been promised a call back each time and not geting it. Eventualy after the 4th days call i was told oh yeah there was a problem it will be with you on following friday, then it turned up on Tuesday, again luckily neighbour took it. The organisation and customer services from this company were so poor that I wouldn't recommend or use them again. Final insult from them was because of the money I spent on that order I could claim a £30 free voucher, after 4 weeks of waiting I recieved an email to say they had declined the voucher as they had no proof I was a business. Waste of time.

Fantastic service, quick delivery, great product

Ordering, delivery etc all great. The sheets where cut to specific sizes for me but accuracy of cuts varied up to 15mm which made it a little difficult to align. Also the plastic fixing caps / mushrooms poor quality, five of them have popped off in the wind on Sunday which I need to rectify. Other than that I looks great.

Everything was good from the point of ordering . The technical advise I received over the phone was excellent. Materials arrive in good condition, nothing missing or damaged . If I could award 1/2 a star then my score would be 4.5 due to constant calls , texts and emails from the courier while I was driving . Eventually I managed to pull over and take one of the calls , I advised I was driving and I’ll call them when I’m home - he advised 15 mins. Finally home about 20 mins later and I’d received another 2 calls and the 3rd came in as I was opening my front door. I explained I was not on site as the job was in Birmingham and the customers were both infirm . I requested they put the delivery in the garden which they did . After all those calls I did not receive 1 call or text or email to confirm a successful delivery.. this has been fed back to the courier…all in all a good job though.

Good site, easy to order, the but the site is slow. Didn't expect custom cut pieces to be taped up, nice surprise, but didn't appreciate the score lines across the sheets where the protective plastic had been cut off for the tape. Corners were damaged on many pieces. None of this is particularly visible once fitted (in my build anyway) so moot point but something to be aware of. All pieces were cut to the mm as requested, which I thought was quite impressive. Delivery was quick too for custom work.

Would be even more impressive if I could say I have x sheets, these are the dimensions, this is the sheet I want, populate a basket with all the accessories for me. As was, because the site is so slow, it took a ridiculous amount of time to fill my basket.

Would I use again? Yes, but with a glass of something and an evening to kill.

Pretty good price, good timescale delivery and real good products.

Items provided were good.
The only problem was that the delivery information included with the order was ignored that caused considerable problems although the delivery team did all that they could to resolve.

Good selection of sheets and associated items. Easy to order. Only downside was the cost of carriage which was expensive because the items came from two depots.

One star is more than they deserve, simply because you just can’t get in touch with anyone. Web bots and web forms that don’t work is what you have to endure. Even the roof calculators are wrong.
My order 1000178459 was delivered a day late and damaged. I’ve tried to submit the web form but it doesn’t work ( funny old thing) I’ve sent them numerous emails and they have ignored every one.

I have now raised a chargeback with my bank to get my money refunded. They don’t want to deal with me then let them deal with the bank.

Stay clear of this company.

I would give a rating of zero if I could.
I ordered the wrong size items for my outside wall and have been trying to get the items returned for weeks. The company has tried to fob me off by saying it’s not worth returning even though that’s a decision I need to make. After weeks of emails and calls someone came to collect the items and once everything was on the pallet was told to leave the items on the pavement as they had made a mistake and processes had not been followed. The items are too heave to move and are now on the pavement and customer services have told me that it’s not their problem.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SEEVICE SKILS AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY

The polycarbonate roofing is of good quality, everything that, I ordered arrived safely and delivered efficiently by a friendly couple of guys who carried it around to the back of the house. Very pleased with purchase.

Good products and good prices with great communication throughout the order/delivery process

Hands down the worst buying experience. No communication, order arrived eventually but only partially. Getting the rest was a pain, awful delivery and customer service.

ordered 3 dome roof windows- obscure, on the installation found that 2 windows were obscure and one was clear. I managed to convince the client for installing it anyway. Sent a message to RM with complaint- no reply at all.
Good product and prices but they need to pay more attention to packaging & improve customer service

My delivery arrived over a 7 days period and 80% of it was damaged. I notified Roofing Mega Store who initially said I hadn’t notified them quick enough and I’d have to purchase new items. then changed it to the warehouse has to do an investigation. Loads of failed promises from them and now totally ignoring emails. I’ve had to try and repair the damaged items in order to get my job completed. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want grief.
