Worst company I have EVER dealt with BAD

If I could sum the experience up in one word it would be horrendous, the company is full of lies and false hopes. Dragging and leading you on for months and months with no consideration for your time or situation.

They would lie to make it benefit themselves and not have any concerns about getting you the product you need.

I would highly recommend you read this review and go elsewhere straight away as ordering through them will be a mistake you will regret!!!

They are keen to take money and tell you very unrealistic time scales but once they have your money they won't make the order and you will call and call, text or email and get completely ignored or get hold of them once every couple weeks and be told there is delays. I waited months for my order and nothing ever arrived.

I'm now having to take the company to court to get my money back as I was promised a refund for weeks and never got nothing!

Roof lanterns online supplied and fitted sliding patio doors, two bedroom windows and a lantern in my house. Everything arrived on time and as expected, immaculate quality and excellent customer service! Thank you

Ordered roof lantern, aluminium bifolds and windows for our new extension.
Left a 50% deposit and expected delivery within 6-8 weeks
John came fitted the roof lantern before this date as it was already in stock 👍🏼

After a few problems with measurements (on my builders part )which John kindly rectified we got the windows and bifolds fitted also and we also pleased with them.
Cannot wait for my new windows and composite doors which are now on order 😊 for the rest of the house….
Would definitely recommend this company for affordability and quality.

Firstly, I find it difficult to accept your whole hearted apology when you have the time to leave a response on TrustPilot but cannot answer or respond to my numerous calls, emails or text messages on this matter. So ‘Jimmy’ is also adopting your style of work and not got back to you in 3 months regarding compensation.

Secondly, a survey would include how the items would get to the place of installation. A survey SHOULD be a full inspection and this was confirmed by your colleague ARON when he arrived with the doors. This survey was also at my request as I stated I was unsure of my measurements and wanted peace of mind, you requested 50% of the invoice cost prior to arrival of the survey.

Last but not least, since I have not yet received a reply in regards to a resolution I will be seeking to go through the small claims court. It is a shame that this could not be resolved simply and had to come to this.

Be careful, they are Fraudsters.
17.01.22 I paid 50% deposit as was discussed with Daniella Ivanova (sales assstant) I was promised to deliver the windows in a week. Two weeks later, I called them and they told me to pay the rest. I asked for evidence that the windows exist. After many calls with no answer, and many letters through email John Smale ( Sales director) finally promised me to provide evidence that my windows are ready to be delivered.
There was no evidence until I went went to police 11.02.22. That day, 2 hours after talking to a police officer, I received video call and John showed me some windows that did not correspond to my order. Instead of the 4 windows I ordered, he showed two windows of a different colour, he also refused to show me their size.
John in conversation is rude and threatening forcing me to pay for windows that are not mine. He sent me message if they do not receive the rest of my money they will sell windows on to 2nd hand traders, but I still have not received any evidence that my windows exist. The police are informed of all the above.

Great service and price , really happy with our roof lantern . Definately use them again as looking for a new composite front door .Well done guys

These guys supplied my windows, front door and my aluminium bi-folds and roof lantern. The quality is really good, bi-folds are aluminium and have a solid locking and opening mechanism. The front door looks very smart and the roof lantern is huge. The prices were very competitive and I would definitely use again! :)

Can't recommend the guys at Roof Lanterns enough! Was promised 2-3 weeks and arrived nearing 3 weeks (didn't bother me as you always have to give leeway on anything in this game). Great service and reasonable price.

been doing roofing work for a long time now. always use john and Aaron at roof lanterns online - good lanterns good service. i do and would highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for reliable and highly skilled guys. they've even fitted one for me on delivery to help me out whilst i was on another job, thanks lads.

Avoid this company, nothing but trouble and now left thousands of pounds out of pocket with doors that don’t work and you just get ignored. Constant let downs and never an apology or a resolution. Their website is full rubbish - don’t believe the promise of customer service as you won’t get it!

In response to your reply I am utterly gobsmacked at your deluded idea that you have done nothing wrong! For a start it was not a supply only job it was supply and fit, I have the emails AND the texts arranging the delivery and install dates and the the subsequent let downs, rude texts, chasing emails where you ignored me and I had to chase 4 times over a few weeks before you replied and then subsequently let me down again. The door you brought down to change where the bar was wrong was left with the latch in the wrong way! I have photos of how you left it and I had to pay someone to make it work so I could close the door as again you ignored my requests to rectify the issue, I have the emails asking you to sort it out and you didn’t and never to this day have you replied. With regards to the other door that you say is fitted wrong that is an utter lie too, when you brought the other replacement door I showed you that it didn’t close properly and that all the rubber trim was falling off and you looked at it and walked away, you never said there was an issue with how it was fitted and you just ignored what I told you. Again I had to pay someone to come out and sort the rubber trim that kept falling off every time you opened the door, the fitter said he was unable to do anything to adjust the latch further to help the door close better as the door was rubbish and poorly made. Now we have to slam it about 4 times before the latch catches as it’s adjusted out as far as it can go and still doesn’t close properly . I stand by my review that this company should be avoided, they have tried to make out in their reply to my review that they are not in the wrong but I have ALL the emails and texts as proof !!!!!!!!! They did not keep in contact throughout and the stress and delays that the constant letdowns have created and the addition costs incurred are not worth it!

I needed a set of the crittal style doors a heritage product for a house I’m renovating in Nottinghamshire, I had no idea what I was doing with it being listed but I was recommended by a mate to call john. He came out and surveyed them then his fitter came and installed. Paid for everything on order and then paid the fitter once completed. was very happy with the transaction! Quality product and quality service. Apart from john missing a few phone calls which got me stressed but on a whole fantastic service!

I required two roof lanterns for my kitchen extension i contacted my local supplier who could not manufacture these in the time i required.
I was given Johnny number by a friend who said the service and quality of the products were excellentl, I spoke to Johnny and my items arrived in the time I required, must say the service and communication were excellently.

had an extension and I needed some sliding patio doors and a roof lantern. John came out and surveyed it everything went well except a slightly longer then promised lead time but everything was perfect when it was in! 5 stars.

We ordered a big roof lantern, a set of heritage doors and a few windows and everything came on time, all in perfect condition and quality. John and the guys were really friendly and provided an excellent service. Would definitely recommend!!
