I enquired about a set of heritage doors which I wasn’t sure how would fit in my house. Roof lanterns sent a surveyor - Steve who came to measure the space and explained everything I needed to know. Surprisingly quick delivery. Everyone I spoke to was very personable but professional. Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend!!

Quality products with a quality service! I got in touch with John for some bi-folding doors for my garage conversation at home. I was very impressed with how fast I got them
(3 weeks) during the coronavirus pandemic!!! After I received the doors I was very impressed with the quality and with being in the trade myself I will not be going anywhere else from now on! I have just recently placed an order for some doors, windows and a lantern, another order that was dealt with very professionally.

I've been using these guys for a while now and have always had a good experience with them. Cost is always fair, the communication from them is always spot on and they deliver what they say they will when they say they will. Product is also of a high standard and I'd highly recommend. If there are ever any issues which is rare they are straight on it and it's sorted swiftly.

Quoted 2 - 3 weeks for a bifold door. After over three months, numerous phone calls and countless broken promises later, only half of the order was received.

All communication was then ignored when I asked for a refund yet they still had nearly £2000 of my money.

It took direct action to finally get my money back.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. One to avoid.

I have found this company online and ordered bifolding doors and windows. Joe the manager was very efficient and kept me updated with my order regularly. The products arrived on time but there was a minor hick up with the product, however Joe quickly rectified it. Thanks Joe.
