Out of 3 windows 2 come with damaged parts of which one had hole in it,after raising the issue with supplier i was told that unless i raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery i have to buy damaged parts myself so i highly recomend to open and check all the parts on delivery rather then wait for installation, there were missing screws ,flashing and other kits have to be bought separetly,if installing with slate thicker then 5mm per tile expect slight headache, over all nice wooden finish and look

Hi, unfortunately damaged goods do need to be reported within 48 hours, this is stated on delivery notes and on the website. This is because after that time we can not confirm when the product was damaged. I'm glad our products were up to your standards once the issues were resolved and I hope you would buy from us again.
FAKRO Loft ladder
Good loft ladder - I couldn't find any other supplier of the size I wanted (130cm x 70cm). I haven't fitted it yet, but I'm familiar with a similar one in use elsewhere.
It's fairly pricey, but I don't mind paying for good quality. However, I then had to make separate arrangements and pay for somebody else to deliver it to the Isle of Wight, which is moderately annoying, hence the 4 star rather than 5 star review.

Damaged product
Damaged product, having to wait 3 weeks for replacement. Confusing ordering system thought I was dealing with falcro, who on my first phone call seemed well informed, when I phoned again the person seemed to have less knowledge about the product than I did & seemed like she was doing her washing up while talking to me. Instructions with loft ladder very poor & why don’t you provide. Architrave linings with a mitre on all ends v? Very poor . The packing of product was also poor if it had better protection the damage would not have accrued.

We do send hundreds of loft ladders out per week, these are sent with both a pallet and parcel carrier, 98% of our goods do arrive with no damage at all however unfortunately sometimes as with all carriers, damages do occur. My sincere apologies that this happened in your case. The ladder you ordered is not a stocked product, therefore had to wait for a replacement to arrive from our production team hence the delay. I can assure you we all work from the office with no home working so no washing up would have been done whilst on the phone. We will pass your review of the fitting instructions, packaging and the architrave lining on to our production team so they can take your feedback on board when the time comes to update these. We are constantly trying to improve and your reviews are very helpful. Thankyou

Fakro blinds don’t fit window. Numerous messages back and forth. Going on three weeks now . Absolutely useless customer service. You can’t even get call back from engineer. It gets worse. They now want me to sign a form confirming I will pay engineer 300 pounds for a visit even though they know blind doesn’t fit
