As a tiny charity, being able to access affordable HR support is vital. We have used Roots HR on multiple occasions, most recently to review a job description Time is taken to understand the brief, and the service always feels perosnal and tailored to what we need.

We recently used Roots HR to undertake an external salary benchmarking exercise for us, as well as a review on the employee benefits we offer, including a staff survey. They provided a great service throughout the process, from understanding what we wanted, checking in and seeking feedback during the exercise, to the outcome reports at the end.
