My package was damaged when I received it. Fortunately, the watch winder inside was fine

Everything is fine, I just feel like it's a bit too big

The retro single watch winder is more about appearance. Of course, its quality is also very good. It is silent.

My wife ordered a watchwinder as present in Dec. 2023 for EUR 328. The winder is defect (door does not close since the mechanism is defect). Moreover, the quality is very bad (no glass, bended and wrongly constructed plastic cover; inside smells after chemical lacquer). We sent an e-mail and first there was no reaction. After second try they answered that we shall send the winder from Germany to the States on our own costs having no assurance regarding the right address (see also older review). Their GTC and revocation options/options in case of defect are not effective under European and German Law. Moreover, their Chinese supplier sent the winder directly to us, while the package contained a pro forma invoice indicating USD 89 as unit price. Margin of over three is economically fine, but that is not a serious business practice. They try to scam with allegedly quality winders and do not have a serious after sales service in case of defects. Making fast money without having a sustainable business concept seems to be the case here. Currently there is no legally compliant solution and we consider to take legal steps.

ordered a watchwinder. Parcel left on doorstep by courier and photo of delivery provided. The parcel was gone when i returned home and the courier has apologised and told me to contact roroos. Roroos have said that they have fulfilled their obligation as the merchant and that there is nothing that they can do.

So now I am out of pocket for a large amount of money and have no watchwinder.

I honestly can't believe I'm the first person starting this page.

My girlfriend purchased me a watch winder for Christmas. Right out of the box, it did not work. We tried different cords, boxes, and outlets, still nothing.

We attempted to contact them to get an exchange, but all "Sun Carry" said we could do is ship it some spot in Deleware and we would get a refund. Not before arguing with me about how to troubleshoot a cord.

Presently, the package has now been refused and is now making its way back to me with zero communication from their "company".

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will take your money and run.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE PACKAGE WAS REFUSED AT THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

CHECK THE EMAIL THREAD BEFORE YOU BLATANTLY LIE. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS AND IF I COULD POST THEM, I WOULD.
