Wrongly charged. I bought an advent calendar. Advertised as £24.99 + postage.
But my card has been charged at £34.78!
No explanation. Feels like a rip off. No answer to my email.

I ordered a 24 days of stationary calendar today. Product was £24.99 but over £34 has been taken from my bank. Like others have said this product has sold out on the true sellers page SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY.
My card has now been cancelled at the bank and I have to wait 15 days to start a fraud claim.

No response from company
Got email today saying my parcel was with some courier in USA ..
I called my bank they can do nothing for 15 days and I I do not hear from them to call bank back .. this is a complete scam and the Stationery information was stolen from the actual makers of the stationery ..
I am really worried how much more I will get billed for .. avoid this company … they operate illegally

The website said that they will charge £47.48, the confirmation email said the same amount, and shortly I received another email saying that I will be charged £56.98. I contacted them straight away and said to cancel the order, they said they have dispatched the order, to which I said I will report them to the authorities. They did refund.

I ordered some Christmas baubles in beige, my order clearly shows beige, however I received black. I sent a photo to Rosea and they told me that their Chinese warehouse confirmed the correct order was sent. I questioned this and sent photos of my black baubles as proof but was told several times that the correct order of beige was sent and they would do nothing about it. Basically they called me a liar as they believed their warehouse in China and not their customer who sent a photo as proof still in the delivery box. I would give this company no stars, they have a complete lack of customer service and I am going to report them to UKICC.

Ignore the AI generated fake positive reviews. I mean really, they could have been more creative.
As many are realising and saying, this company is operating a scam. Taking additional payments, no chance they will send the goods ordered because the designer and owner of the product they claim to sell (Martha Brooks London advent calendar costing £109) only sells it on their own website and has issued a statement on facebook etc warning buyers. They have stolen photos and videos and used them in their advert. They are blocking users who are speaking up on Facebook and deleting their posts.
They are taking money with no intention of delivering goods. Customer services don’t respond via email. They are the lowest of the low. Preying on peoples’ goodwill and trust. Contact your bank for assistance if you’ve fallen victim of these scumbags.

This is a total scam. Ignore the good reviews they are fake. They overcharge you - the item should have been £28 and I was charged £36. They ignore contact to cancel the order. Total scam. Bank can’t intervene as the transaction is still pending.

As per other reviews, I was overcharged with no reason given. I later received a note from Royal Mail for an additional £5 as the seller had not paid the full postage. Thankfully, I was able to report this site to my bank and receive a refund. Do not buy from the site as it is a scam!

Just ordered the advent calendar and paid more than expected due to an extra unexpected vat charge of over £5.00. Already not impressed. I hope the calendar arrives.

Update- I received a refund of the £5 within days of complaining and today 13.11.24 the calendar finally arrived. I opened it to check the contents and it is absolutely rubbish. None of the items originally listed are included. This is a scam.
23.11.24 I have tried to get a refund- I was offered £3.00 to get the full refund I need to return product to china which is going to cost at least £16- Do not buy from Rosea.co.uk they are scammers selling substandard counterfeit products.

I fear I have been scammed. The total amount taken was more than advertised and too late I read a review further down saying that the photos have been stolen from the genuine owner of them.

Check ALL reviews not the fake ones added near the top of the page!!! The format for the positive reviews is duplicated , repeat phrases/language/writing style etc Company takes more payment than expected and NO goods received! They have stolen photos and promo from other manufacturers, THERE IS NO STOCK of many goods. If you have been ripped off, speak to your bank re debit card guarantee and credit card company for assistance

As with others, placed an order an was charged an additional £8.98.
Emailed but no response as yet.
Also have just found the item I purchased on another site, and it is individual to them and sold out!. Concerned about what I will receive!

Sadly I would give zero stars for customer service if it was an option. I placed an order and was happy with the amount. I received an email confirming the amount spent, then noticed an additional £8.36 was charged and came out of my credit card. I tried to stop the order but instead received an email to say it is being despatched. I have emailed 4 times now, requesting the refund but have not had a response. Check your bank accounts! Do not use this company. I have since read so many bad reviews from people who have also been overcharged by rosea.co.uk

Do not use this website, it is a scam! They are selling one of my business's products using our photos, which is out of stock and not available to buy anywhere other than our website. This website is fraudulent so please be aware and do not try and buy through them. We are doing everything we can to get the product taken down.

Looks like it’s a pattern… placed an order, they took a higher amount than agreed on the confirmation. Have emailed twice to request my refund but have a feeling I will need to take further action via bank. Disgusting, avoid at all costs. Fraud!

It seems like this is a common theme with them. My bank has advised to report to trading standards as it is unacceptable and misleading.
I’ve contacted them several times and am yet to have a response.

Just placed an order. They overcharged me. Item was £14.98 and they took £17.98 from my account looking at some of the positive reviews, by the wording, it looks like they have been written by the same person. Very disappointed and not hopeful. Still waiting on a response regarding the overcharge. Disgusting that they rip people off. UPDATE: item eventually arrived, absolute cheap rubbish. £14 for a notebook, which is cheap rubbish. Avoid this company.
