Wish i had read reviews before i ordered the calendar. Still waiting on it's arrival and know it's going to be pish!! .co.uk email website and shipping from US...has scam written all over it...be vigilant people...

Absolutely terrible company. Received tracking info for an item I ordered, not received nearly a month later. Email to chase and they tell me tracking info wrong, blamed the shipping company and only dispatched today! Told them it’s too late and I want my money back, they are trying to say as despatched can’t have it. I am having to claim back from PayPal. They are a company to avoid like the plague!

Complete scam.
Do not order anything from them. I ordered 24 days of Stationery after seeing the adverts. The box is beautiful but the contents is things you can get from the pound shop. I'm so glad I checked inside before giving it to someone. After form investigation I've found the Martha Brook have put out a statement that people are using their name and idea but filling it with awful stuff. Trying to a refund but I know it will unlikely.

Stay away from them.

Then I found out it was from China !
Looked ok when it did finally arrive but I opened a few boxes and every item was broken / didn't work .

Not a UK store, item arrived much later than I was told, with a Chinese postage label. Not such a big deal but item wasn't that in the photo on the website, was damaged and very poor quality.
Avoid at all costs.
Trying to return and just given the runaround.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company, the quality is awful I bought a notebook for a friend it took a month to arrive it was bent and had a rip on the cover they offered me £3 after spending £19.58 on item and postage, when I complained they said there was nothing else they could do, also they have a uk email address but the goods are shipped from USA or China, and they take extra money than you should be paying without explanation,totally awful company and goods!!!

Total scam - don't use. Communication is zero, tracking is false and now don't recognize me when I go back to the website.

They present this as a UK company but its not.

They take more money than they should - then give you a partial refund - you then get fobbed off with fake customs info.

This company is a complete scam. The goods don’t exist or are fake and stolen from the true website Martha Brook. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Just keep on at them relentlessly and they’ll give you a full refund. Send email after email and contact them via their “chat” service every two seconds. That’s what I did and I got a full refund.

They keep sending me emails saying the goods are at US customs but they clearly aren’t. Everything is fake about this website. Do not order from them. Absolute scumbags.

This company ships out of china and the USA. Which wouldn’t be a problem but they make it seem like it’s a UK based company. I bought a calendar that had 2 months switched around and each page was double sided so I couldn’t change them and they refused to replace my product. Saying they they would issue a full refund if I would incur the cost of sending the calendar back to China. Otherwise offered a £1 refund. Don’t buy from them.

Bought the stationery advent calendar following a Facebook advert - no confirmation email, checked bank they took more money than item cost, currently talking to my bank about a refund. DO NOT USE

I ordered 2 advent calanders after seeing an advert on instagram with an English woman with a UK email address. I have waited weeks and still not received anything. I contacted them and they replied the parcel is in America waiting to be shipped! I have sent several emails to say I was not told it was coming from America or that they are a chinese company or I never would of ordered. When I said this on an email they just told me to be patient.
The advert is a complete con and totally misleading. I expected to receive the calanders within a week given its got an UK email address. Fortunately I paid through PayPal who will reimburse if I don't get my order.

Email confirmation shows the price I should have paid, but they took £5.80 more than they should have done from my account, customer care response said I would get a refund within 5 business days, no refund has been given. Ordered from a UK website, rosea.co.uk, not aware product was coming from USA, apparently now stuck in US customs but no reply from customer care team about refund of over charge amount or when I might get the parcel. Not sure if this is a scam or really just poor service, either way avoid! Update, 4th Nov, after emailing requesting updates with no reply, and still not received a refund of the amount they owe me, the other day I got sent a tracking number for Royal Mail which now says they are expecting a parcel. Fingers crossed I might actually get the product...? Would not recommend this company at all.

We ordered an item that took 7 weeks to arrive and when it did it was damaged, while waiting for the item they were unhelpful and now they want to resend the item not give us a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Took £8 more than I agreed to pay. Poor grammar and fake parcel tracking. Have now found out it’s part of a huge global scam ripping off the genuine artist’s work.

Hi, like many people, I have ordered an advent calendar. They charged more than expected. However, I told them and they just refunded me the difference (it took only 2 days). I'm still waiting for my parcel though, which seems to be in transit in the US. I will write another review once I know that it is definitely a scam (or not).

Scam. They’ve taken more from my bank account than the order confirmation. The customer support online chat website is fake. Avoid!

Like others, I was charged a different larger sum, and the site seems very suspicious. Rosea in the States report good experiences, but all the British report scamming.

Overcharged me by £9, sent the wrong item and delivery took 8 weeks. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND READ ALL REVIEWS!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!
