The tech support is second to none. Within minutes I was chatting with a tech support person live and had my domains migrated over in no time at all. Any question, large or small, will be answered quickly and efficiently. I have not had this type of good service in a long time and will be here for some time. Help with integrating my SMTP with another outside vendor was done quickly and I was up and running in no time at all. I highly recommend Rose Hosting!

I have hosted multiple websites with RoseHosting since 2008, and they are beyond great hosting service. Their team is very knowledgeable and ready to take action whenever I need them. I've had about 4-5 instances in the past 10 years where I had to contact their tech support regarding new sites I wanted to add to my VPS or have them fix my stuff ups and I've never waited more than 20-30 seconds for them to answer. Mark in particular was quick and amazing when it came to getting everything fixed...Hope to stay there for a long long time!

My experience with RoseHosting has not been other than great!!! Their team is always willing to help at any time. I get to work on my personal projects for hours and hours straight and it doesn't matter whom I contact for help from RoseHosting their attention is by far the greatest I have ever gotten.

RoseHosting continues to be the absolute best hosting company for me, 4 years in a row! Always there for me, always kind and patient, I don't think I've ever waited longer than 2 minutes for help, ever.
Just upgraded my VPS server and the experience was smooth as butter. The kindest and most patient pros (shout out to Brian, Dennis, Steve Sam) they migrated all my domains in less than 30 minutes total and that's with me slowing them down. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Greetings from sunny Greece. This has been a fantastic experience over the past several years. I used their support multiple times, even for problems I caused with my server tinkering and every time, EVERY single time, it was all fixed very quickly. Special hello to Don, Steve, Zack and others who have helped selflesly over the years. Most recently my site was slow and they did their magic to speed it up substantially just by tuning my servers config.

RoseHosting is the most reliable web hosting in the market. Their Linux based servers give you the extra that you need in order to keep your web presence in the first line of the battle. I am just a very happy customer since 2015 and never, never and ever had a single issue with them. So basically they are my right hand regarding web hosting.

When I started my job, I walked into a hot mess of a Magento website, with no access to the server running it. It was so slow, CC transactional data was getting dropped!!!

After reading a server configuration blog post by Rose Hosting, I thought "Self, you have too many fires here to put out and webserver administration is not your strength, let's see what it would cost to delegate that to these guys, they clearly know what they're doing"

Best decision I've made in regards to this website. The migration was very fast, given actual human attention/configuration/performance tuning. Support was excellent at helping me get familar with their service, and they even killed a few bugs for me to get things off to a great start.

The site is now substantially faster, at less than half the cost the company was paying a private firm to host on LightSail.

RoseHosting's service has been EXCEPTIONAL. I work for a small nonprofit and they helped us migrate over an old (10+ years) MediaWiki install from a different provider, change all the PHP and Apache and Nginx and Varnish settings, then diagnose some server crashes (the Varnish cache ran out of memory), then helped us migrate to a new server with WHM and cPanel installed -- all included as part of our hosting package. Their pricing has been incredibly fair, transparent, and worth every penny for their professionalism and kindness.

It is very difficult to find a truly "managed" hosting provider that can actually provide configuration know-how and troubleshooting help, as opposed to just running pre-made scripts to set up generic installs. When most hosts say "managed," they mean "We'll get your bog-standard Wordpress install up and running", but when the server configuration gets even a little bit complex (as it necessarily does with a decade-old MediaWiki install running old PHP, MySQL, etc. versions), most providers would run far away. Not RoseHosting. They blew us away with their timeliness, expertise, helpfulness, and ludicrously awesome professionalism. I could not thank them enough.

Excellent support. Prompt replies for a problem that i had. Even though the problem it was mine they helped me solved it. High technical knowledge and skills. Recommended if you want to have a reliable hosting company without headache.

I've been a customer of Rose Hosting for 6+ years. I can count the number outages on less than one hand. I run a cheap $70/m VPS system. Over the last five years I have never had to wait more than a minute to get a response from support. Every problem however difficult has been dealt with in minutes...

Yesterday I was doing some maintenance & deleted an old domain... 2 minute chat with support the problem is fixed!..

As someone who relies on my sites being up for a living I can tell you that the staff here are really well trained & they can't do enough to try & help ... which is exactly what you want as a customer. Now you will pay a bit more in comparison to other hosting providers - if you want great uptime & customer service without the staff trying to sell you stuff all the time like other places - this is the right choice
