Ordered a coat in plenty of time for Christmas. Six weeks later order had still not arrived, have sent 5 e mails with a reply from 2. Now 8 weeks in have asked for a full refund with no reply from company. Communication very poor and now having to raise a complaint with bank. Will never use this company again.

I didn't expect this set to be so NICE, it's like a set from a HIGH-end shop! This is a wonderful thick, soft, beautiful cashmere/wool mix, so comfy & cosy and easy to wear. The versatility is great too, each piece can be styled in so many ways and together it's just stunning!

I recently received two 100% silk dresses from Rose Label and was so impressed with the quality and fit. It's hard to find unique clothing with natural materials (silk, cotton, linen, etc.) nowadays and I was so pleased with their selection. Highly recommend!

I ordered a dress on 1st July and haven’t received it yet.. several emails sent from my end have received no response.. basically no dress, no money back… total fraud!

Now have purchased 4 items from Roselabel. These are all well made, good quality fabrics and generous relaxed fits. They are a little pricey but if requiring something special I would recommend. My only criticism is that in any elastic waisted pants relax the elastic a little. I’m a 14 and it can be a bit too tight.

Loved my 2 dresses I ordered - fabric is just amazing and sits so well on the body . I can’t wait to order again but so hard to choose !

ROSELABEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ORDERED TWO OUTFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF $458.20. IN JULY 2025. THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL AND THE OUTFITS LOOK TERRIBLE AND THE CUT IS VERY SMALL. IT TOOK FOREVER FOR THIS COMPANY TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN AND AS OF TODAY WHICH IS OCT 03, 25 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.. I ALSO HAD TO PAY $60.00 TO MAIL TO CHINA. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
