Ordered 2 dresses and paid 350 euro never received them and they have my money .Sent numerous emails and they are ignoring them am at a loss of what to do ???????

Don’t use this company it’s a scam, they don’t respond to you when you need to return items and no other way in getting them back to them. So now out of pocket for a really poor quality dress I will never wear.

A scam!!! I returned a dress because the quality was really terrible!! It’s not silk. The return cost me 22 euros. I received an email informing me that they received the package, and I sent several messages to find out the status of my refund. I was never refunded! A huge scam

I would give no stars if I could. I do not recommend this website they are dishonest. They ignore their own policies and have effectively stolen from me.

I purchased some dresses in August: one was missing from the order but I was charged for it. The store ignored my emails so I recovered the money via PayPal. Another dress in the order was the wrong size and did not fit. After weeks of me sending repeated request emails to their customer email address they finally gave me a return address in China. It cost me £20 to return it. No refund has been made a month later despite me sending them a tracking number, proof of delivery and following all of their instructions. There has been no response to any of my emails regarding the return or refund. I therefore consider this to be theft.

My advice? Do not buy from this site.

The dresses do not look like silk at all, more like a cheap curtain. Cost me £22 to ship back to China and no refund was issued. Had to claim back from my credit card

Company is an absolute con. DO NOT buy from them. Dresses are not silk, clearly cheaply made, don't look like pictures. Returned to china costing me £22, it's been delivered. No refund and no information from customer services. Repeat do not 🚫 purchase from them. Absolute scam artists and they should be shut down.

Stated dress was silk. Was clearly not when it arrived. Return address is in China cost to return was £22 plus. Been 8 weeks no refund received. Contacted Roselabel several times keep saying they are looking into the matter

Firstly the dresses are not silk. I ordered 2. One is rayon the other silk mix with rayon so they don't feel look or hang like silk. Much stiffer fabric.rayon is cellulose from plants so has the texture of leaves not spun silk.

Have returned an item valued at €140 over 6 weeks ago and cannot get any reply from the company even though I have sent at least 12 emails! Absolutely no communication from them or refund.

Absolutely fantastic company. I bought a dress which I love, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. Customer service responded immediately and sent me a replacement straightaway. Would highly recommend.
