I now have 3 pieces from Rose Label and am looking at a fourth. The shipping is fast. The garments are fresh and beautifully packed. As for the ieces, they have been stunning and have received many comments. The two most recent are linen and flax and the fabric and design are unique and original. I am the typical 2X and the items marked M-2X truly are large enough for me, leaving extra room for sweep and loose fit. Flattering and elegant. One word of caution though - the armhole or sleeve width is smaller than the usual 2X and may be too small for some. Perhaps customer service can have all of the measuremnts on
hand for enquiries. I love this label and it makes my day to feel I have something unique and special to wear.

Took 2 mos to receive a return credit
I ordered a dress and returned it. I paid $32 for postage to China. They received my return in late June and I did not receive my credit until late August. I inquired repeatedly and each time was told I had been credited but that was not true. Remember I lost my original shipping plus paid $32 to return. They do not give you a label and their address will hardly fit on the USPS form. I would not buy from them again although they have pretty clothes. Not cheap.

I ordered two dresses
I ordered two dresses on August 21st 2024 (order # RL4442). It took about 4 weeks to get order. Quality of the items was poor and didn'tmatch description. Despite the "easy free return policy" it took me 3 emails to get return instructions. More then $70 return shipment cost. After I send them return shipment conformation I never heard from them again and never got refund for the dresses.

Fabric is not silk, requested a return and I was "approved," but have to pay my own postage to send it back to China! Glad I checked here, I figured I'd never get the refund and they'd keep the dress to sell it to some other sucker.

My wife ordered 4 dresses (for about $500) on Roselabel.com in the first week of March. We have heard nothing from the company about delivery of these dresses and have sent several emails to follow up, but have not received an answer to any of them. I suggest people be very careful with this website as our experience has been that they took our money but did not provide the dresses, and it is 2 months since we ordered them.

Dont buy anything from Rose Label. If you want to send it back, they give you an adress in China and then they dont accept the parcel and it goes back to you And you have to pay again. The fabric is not silk and looks cheap
