Excellent service
I ordered two tops, when they arrived they weren't suitable. I contacted Rosyday and asked how to return them. Customer services emailed me to apologise that I wasn't pleased with my purchase and they would refund my payment. I was also told to keep the tops! I must admit I was dubious as to whether I would receive my refund but it has gone into my bank this morning. Thank you Rosy Day for your excellent service

The wrong size sent
The wrong size sent. S size and I ordered a L 18-20. I don’t know how to send it back and I can’t afford to just order another as it may be wrong size too. I’m 85 years old and everything is so complicated. I won’t be ordering again.

Great customer service
I ordered two items one was too small , and the other did not suit me . As there is no invoice or return labels in most parcels these days I requested a label or QR code in order to return items . The company were extremely understanding and sorry that I had been disappointed . They offered a refund immediately and told me to keep the items . To me this seems quite unusual . They will still get my business another time and I was extremely happy with the communication , attitude and kindness shown . I can recommend Rosyday as a legit friendly company .
