I ordered two tops, when they arrived they weren't suitable. I contacted Rosyday and asked how to return them. Customer services emailed me to apologise that I wasn't pleased with my purchase and they would refund my payment. I was also told to keep the tops! The wrong size sent. S size and I ordered a L 18-20. I don’t know how to send it back and I can’t afford to just order another as it may be wrong size too. I’m 85 years old and everything is so complicated. I won’t be ordering again.
