RoundTrip Tyres 

I Placed an order for a set of front tyres, which was stated as “IN STOCK”. After waiting up to the maximum of the 4 days for any shipping details, I had received nothing via email. I then decided to read the reviews and became wary that this company tend to accept payment and not supply the goods, to which they blame it on the courier/lost in transit. Which is not acceptable by any standards.

I then proceeded to email customer services! What would you know my parcel had been “lost in transit”. I anticipated this answer, to which they had offered to either wait until the items were back in stock with no time frame or provide a direct refund.

I proceeded with the refund and from this point, I feel I was spoken to very bluntly and brief. Quite rude I might say. I had to ask how long the refund would take could I have a confirmation that the refund had been processed. I must of seemed a hinderance for wanting my money back.

I was refunded the money within 2 days of asking which is the only positive experience with this company. But this seems to be a re-occurrence with this company and the reviews.

From my experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend this company to my immediate friends or family.

Do not waste your time or money with this company!!

40 years in the motor trade the worst company I have ever dealt with. Needed to return a tyre 2 weeks getting a return address and another week getting a refund. Absolutely rubbish company

Round trip tyres had the cheapest price for my tyres that I could find anywhere, even after a very long search. Their delivery was very fast, less than 48 hours and my four rather large tyres were delivered without any fuss by their courier. Highly recommended.

Used this company now a few times and have always been pleased with the products received, price paid and delivery times…would highly recommend all day long.

Shocking ordered tyres sunday 24/48h still not arrived as of now customer service is poor slow communication given non existent tracking number not the service you want back an for chasing where the tyres are honestly not worth the headache use someone else am having to cancel an reorder from another company so it would of been easier to go with another company in 1st place honestly don’t make the mistake i have !!!

No tyres, Eventually received refund (after leaving 1 star review on here) Ordered tyres with 1-3 days delivery on 14th July, chased up, chased up again, chased up again.. each time recieved a generic reply saying they had chased up with courier, left a 1 star review, got my money back into my account on 25th july, missed my MOT appointment because of it. Won't be using again.

Sells tires on eBay, cancels transcation due to allegedly not having them on stock, but still sells the tires to a higher price.

Bought two tyres yesterday, delivered today. Can’t get a better service and includes the best price I could get with free delivery. Will deal with again.
