RoundTrip Tyres 

Ordered four tyres, turns out they were lost in transit, then only had three, so I opted for an alternative set of tyres to be delivered as I had already booked a fitting slot with my local garage. I was told I'd get the difference in tyres refunded, this was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting, this all by email as they must not have a phone.

This is the first time I have placed an order with RoundTrip Tyres and I am very pleased with the excellent service I received. Until now I have been a loyal customer to a different supplier but when the tyres I wanted to buy were out of stock there, I decided to order from RoundTrip Tyres based on their prices and Trustpilot rating. I placed my online order on Sunday afternoon and recieved my tyres Tuesday lunchtime.

There were problems with communication between customer service and me, however, after I rated the negative experience, the issue was properly investigated and apparently resolved.
I appreciate that, as it looks like, the company has worked with the root cause of the issue and demonstrated to be incredibly respectful to me. The product delivery was fine in the end and arrived on the WD 2 after the purchase with a tracking number and pre-delivery SMS message.

It is rare to see a company that really resolves internal issues these days, we generally receive general messages saying "I`m sorry" and nothing else for future experiences. It doesn`t look like it to be the case with Round Trip Tyres, really competent.

Very good prices and very quick delivery. I bought 2 Kumho tyres and had them fitted for less than the price I was being offered locally for budget tyres. Highly recommended!

I am disappointed and will never advise anyone to do any transaction with round trip. They refuse to make a refund after receiving back the tyres and l had to take them to court to get my money back. It was a stressful process getting my money back. They even ask me to take down my initial review before they can make any refund back to me.

I’ve been buying my tyres online for a long time now, this company has been good to buy from, they’re often the cheapest for my particular tyre and delivery service is consistent. A happy (so far) repeat customer!

Have ordered from Roundtrip before and just wanted to give a shout out to the customer service team. I accidentally put the wrong address after recently moving and they managed to get everything sorted super quick without highlighting what a pillock I was! Definitely will use again, great prices, great service.

Ordered and paid for 4x AT tyres on 30Dec. Received very detailed Invoice with delivery info (To my local tyre/exhaust outlet) by return. Order tracking info received soon after. My tyres were delivered on day two of their three day delivery window right on time by DHL.Tyres all new and well packed, well pleased! Price was excellent, c£50 per tyre cheaper than competitors. Now on my Jeep and looking awesome!

I placed and paid for an order and in less than 24 hours they made the excuse that their shipment was delayed.

They were promising 2 days delivery when they actually had no stock.

The tyres were advertised for a few days before I ordered them and I had also contacted them for further information. This was their reply

"Yes - they are MO rated tyres.

Due to the high turnover of stock, we can't guarantee which set you would receive.

Generally the more popular models and sizes are no more than 6-12 months old.

If the tyres are over three years old for any reason, we will collect and return them free of charge."

They had ample opportunity to mention that they did not have stock when they replied to my email.

EDIT & UPDATE (30/09/22) - they are still advertising ~50 tyres available (of what I wanted) and yet have told me by email that there is no stock. They contacted me (after my initial review) and offered to sell me an alternative at their cost price which as it turns out is more expensive that a couple of other sites. Seems they are just a middle man between dealers who actually carry stock and don’t actually carry their own stock (based on what I understand from what they have said in emails).

The only plus I can add is that my refund was very quick - within an hour.

Avoid this outfit - Tyre ordered and paid for by credit card - never turned up as arranged - do not respond to messages or to emails or online chat - no phone number. Now need to chase for a refund through the bank.

These people should be closed down!!!!

What a superb service - ordered four new run flat tyres at 10.30am on 27th July 2022 and they were delivered to my local fitter (The Tyre Shop in Dawley) in Telford by 9.25 on 28th July 2022. By 10.30am they were on the car!! Brilliant service, excellent price (most competitive price I could find on the internet for my choice of tyre) - what more do you need? will certainly use them again.

Lost in transit!!
I placed an order having messaged RoundTrip Tyres to confirm my tyres were in stock and being told they were available on a 1-3 day delivery schedule. Incredibly disappointed to arrive at the tyre fitting company to find there was no sign of my tyres that should have arrived some 4 days ago. No message from RoundTrip Tyres to say delayed or undelivered, only an excuse offered was that two tyres had been lost in transit. I'm left doubting these tyres were ever in stock in the first place given how difficult they were to source.

Wouldn't normally leave a review, however, delivery was so fast I thought I would. Ordered 2PM Monday, tyres were with me by 1PM the next day.

Good price too. Would use again.

Perfect. Round Trip Tyres are just a perfect supplier, no fuss, no queries, fast delivery, great price. There is nothing to fault and everything is done right. I've used them several times and they have always been exceptional.

I ordered two tyres at 11:56 yesterday... they arrived at 11:30 to my door today!!!!! FREE DELIVERY... this is the best experience I've ever had with car/tyre companies.

Excellent support, service and delivery

Bought a set of 4 Nankang ns2r for £391.96 from this company on eBay. was assured they would be in stock if i waited, after a week auction was cancelled claiming my size didn't come in with the order. Their auction stayed live on eBay but this time the price is now £543.34. I believe that I would of never got my order and they are lifting the price due to the demand for these tyres. Shame
