I ordered a ceiling lamp here since I chose a coupon with a discount after some online purchase. I loved the choice of the products and their design. I liked that unlike other online shops there was no necessity to create another new account, going to the payment directly. The coupon worked well and I had a good deal. The delivery took 2-3 weeks as it was promised. The lamp itself is from metal, but the details are from plastic, so they bended while assembling. There was no photo, how is the lamp connected to the ceiling. Luckily, we loved the lamp anyway in the end.

I am compelled to share my recent experiences with Royal Design, which, regrettably, have been extremely disheartening. My journey of dissatisfaction began in November 2023 with an order for a HAY couch table that was initially lost. After several explanations and a long wait, the company finally agreed to reship it, but to this day, it has not been received.

The situation worsened when I purchased a HAY dining table, which saw a price drop of 100 EUR just two days after receiving it. Despite my complaints, there was a significant delay in response from Royal Design, and ultimately, they refused to compensate for the price difference.

The most disappointing aspect, however, involves the recent delivery of an expensive PH lamp, which arrived with noticeable flaws. The packaging itself showed signs of being repackaged, raising serious concerns about the quality control and product handling at Royal Design.

Given these experiences, I must advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from this site. The lack of prompt and effective customer service, coupled with issues in product quality and pricing transparency, have led to a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. In the interest of avoiding similar frustrations, I suggest looking for alternatives.

Top price, the article has been shown as not available after ordering, took 2 weeks and the order arrived, origin product and unbeatable price, thanks. Have been skeptical as the price was so low, but the gods are origin and no fakes.

Items I was looking for with reasonable price. Speedy(and free) delivery.
Packaging was a little simple(considering they are glasses) but they arrived fine!

Once they have it on stock, everything works like a charm

Around a week ago I order two items for my dad's birthday, both on sale and in stock. The next day I get confirmation that the items are on their way via Fedex. Now, suddenly my order's been cancelled, even though both items are STILL in stock. However, the items are back to their normal price, so I'm convinced my order was cancelled because they didn't want me to get them for cheap. Why do a sale, when you're not going to honor the purchase?! I needed those items and will now have to look for alternatives, wonderful. Overall, if you are looking for a reliable company to buy from, go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches you'll almost most certainly get from this one.

PS. This company only has competitive prices when items are on sale, otherwise they're up to 50% more expensive that the cheapest option. However, as they likely won't ship anything that's on sale, you can just ignore those sale prices and buy from the second cheapest. Trust me, you won't miss out!

Excellent quality lamp. Shines as expected, corresponds to the description, arrived undamaged. The price discount was very nice. Order date August 21, delivered August 28 - that a little longer than indicated when ordering.

Return fee too high (25 euros) even for a small parcel. Be careful, this site is only for Germany delivery. Any order from other country will lead directly a return fee 25€.
