Order Cancelled by shop, wrong refund
I ordered two sets of bowls. To save shipping costs i just filled my order with a random item so reach the threshhold. My Order was cancelled i still got my random items though that i had to pay for. The two sets of bowls were not send and i only received refund for one. So i had to call the service to find out if i get another package or not. If i hadn't called them i wouldn't have gotten my money back. Now i only had to pay the 12€ for the shipping because my extraitems were send for the full shipping cost of the big package. Very unconvinient.

One of the worst
One of the worst, if not THE WORST, online shopping experience.
If you return a product they not only make you pay for the return but also impose return handling charges and other fees on you.
In the end, I am supposed to pay >EUR 60 for a product I returned in flawless condition.
But elsewhere if there is the slightest chance you need to return the product.

Poorly packed
