We came across Ruby’s just by chance when we were looking on line for a Glatz parasol and base. Kim was a delight to do business with and extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable when assisting us in choosing which parasol spec and base would best suit our limited patio space and also concerns about the weight of the base and how easily it could be moved. Excellent service from first phone call to delivery. We settled on a 330cm Alu Twist parasol in Kiwi and have say it looks very classy and feels sturdy! The tilt mechanism is a dream to operate for such a large brolly. Yes Glatz may appear expensive compared to others parasols but you get what you pay for and the Swiss engineers certainly don’t cut any corners. Very impressed and very pleased and going off what our friends say they must think so too. Thank you Kim.

Purchased garden table last year. Turned up promptly and extremely well packed. However 12 months down the line damaged. Stored in garage over winter (but I didn’t take photograph) took it out April and the edge is breaking away. Was referred back to manufacturer who said frost. Didn’t affect anything else in my garage! Has worked out a very expensive table with a company shoving responsibility. Oh was offered a replacement top for £120! Table not worth £50 let alone 579!

I was looking for a black or dark grey garden table made from sturdy all-weather material within a £1,000 budget. My choices online were very limited.
I managed to source a lovely 6-chair table combination at Rubys, but due to COVID, they were out of stock.
Due to the desire to have this set, I contacted Rubys and they told me when they expected their delivery to come in. True to their word, it came in, I ordered it and it was delivered to my home within days. And what a beauty it is.

Really straightforward transaction - the table and chairs are great, delivered in mint condition by a helpful, friendly driver, all at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?!

Bought a patio table. Delivered on time, good quality, easy to put together and looks great on my balcony.

Plinth was as expected but cheaper here than anywhere else. Arrived a week early so very happy wwith that. 😁
