Outstanding service from RUK bikes.
I managed to snap the front axle of my Giant hybrid bike on Sunday morning. A quick google of the part showed it available at RUK bikes at a competitive price with free 24hr delivery. I sent a short message via the web chat not expecting a reply until Monday, however I had an immediate response.
On completing the purchase on Sunday afternoon I was delighted to receive a dispatch notification with Royal Mail tracking number. The axle was delivered this morning and back on the road.

Hi David, I can only apologise for this. We did apologise at the time and quickly rectified the error. I think the fault was down to me reading the tooth count incorrectly. I picked a 38T chainring instead of a 36T. I think I read it wrong on the label, I plan to get some reading glasses but have been putting off for a while now. It won't happen again!
