Jeremy did a great job at getting back…

Jeremy did a great job at getting back to me in a timely manner and solving my issue. The only thing I don't like is it's saying it can take 5-10 business days to return my money well it didn't take them that long to take it out of my account. Again thank you.

You all are making it easy for when my daughter accidentally signed up for the subscription you said that you would fully refund I'm just waiting for the refund to come through it did say that it was canceled but unfortunately I was still charged again but you all have said that you'll refund that also so I'm just waiting for my refund thank you so much for making it so easy
