I have to eat humble pie on this one. Due to park at Stansted next Tuesday, and as I did not know where I was parking I made a couple of forceful preemptive complaints via the app. Then did a search on Stansted and found I had a receipt and directions in my email. Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

Similar experience to many others. Booked carpark with Ryanair as an extra. They never gave me any details. Of how I get about to getting to the carpark. Told me to speak directly to the car parking providers.
When contacting parking providers, they did not want to speak to me as they said I booked via Ryanair.
Terrible customer service. I complained 3 times, they never responded. Had to book carpark again directly with the carpark as I did not want to risk arriving and not being allowed in with an early flight.
Paid twice and I didn't even get an apology.

Ryan Air Parking Scam
I booked parking through Ryan Air Meet&Greet (MAG) at Stanstead Airport. I was charged at the same time I booked the flight but they sent no parking confirmation. After lengthy messages to and fro with Ryan Air customer service I was told to contact MAG directly. MAG never received the booking from Ryan Air so could not provide the service as they had no confirmation. MAG told me this is an ongoing problem with Ryan Air they are taking money for parking and not providing the service. This is wholly unethical practise from an established company who should be ashamed of themselves o reported it to the Aviation ADR which took 6 months to tell me as I had no booking confirmation Ryan Air could not be held liable. I, like many others I know, will never use Ryan Air again.
Don't use Ryanair to book parking
Don't use Ryanair to book parking. Same as other reviews - booked/paid for parking with the Ryanair app for Drop & Go at Manchester. No email despite repeat requests on the MAG website. Had to pay again on the morning. Ryanair refuse to engage (only able to contact via complaints on the app) & direct you to MAG repeating its a third party booking. MAG don't have the booking so there's nothing for them to refund.

Booked parking through Ryanair. No confirmation email, no record of booking. Noone you can contact other than a robot. Avoid. I have finally got success by calling 08081686222 and you get through to someone by pretending your trying to amend a direct booking with the airport.

Booked car parking via Ryanair app . Arrived back this morning called to collect car. Car delivered, wrong car, now advised by an operative that mistake made and they have now found my car but it is 45 to minutes away, service as been shocking from start to finish. Customer service at best horrendous, will never book again with Ryanair.

Booked car parking through the Ryanair app as an extra.. never got the email! and no booking was made but they took my money! tried for over 6 months to get my money back through Monzo and they declined it due to not enough evidence.. I had to then contact Financial Ombudsman Service to get my money back! took nearly 10 months for everything to be sorted, so if your reading this after making the same mistake I did then don't worry you SHOULD get the money back
Parking experience
As the other reviews suggest, do not use! I booked the parking through the app, which had no issues taking my money. No confirmation received, no parking booked, customer service through the app absolute nightmare. Told customer service I haven't received confirmation and the airport does not recognise my parking booking. I was told to contact the airport parking company, which I did. They say nothing on their system, not their problem - contact Ryanair. Sent a copy of the response to Ryanair customer service only to receive a response after 2 weeks telling me they will provide no refund and directed me to the parking company again. It is a constant loop and Ryanair will refuse a refund even though I have paid for a service which I have not received. Total violation of my consumer rights and I can only call this a con. Seek parking direct from a provider and save yourself a headache.
Do not use and book direct.
Avoid like the plague.

Contacted Ryanair, got told to send a feedback form to Stansted airport. Sent the form, received an email eventually.
When I asked to change my booking, I was advised that booking made through Ryanair are not amendable. So I have lost £100.
This is outrageous from both companies.

Very poor communication. Did not receive confirmation until 2 days after booking. Had contacted Ryanair who said nothing to do with them. Referred me to Parkvia who could not find booking. They told me to contact Stansted Aurport Parking. All of a sudden email arrives with details of my parking....2 days after booking! Over 2 frustrating hours wasted!@@

Booked months ago for Stansted as part of a flight booking.
Never received a confirmation.
When I looked up where you were supposed to park, found nothing.
Went on the chat-bot, went from 150 in the queue, after 35 mins spoke to the chat bot.
Got told that nothing to do with Ryanair and I need to contact the parking provider (who I have no idea of who this may be).
Promised a refund, but doubt I'll ever see this!
If you are reading this, then probably too late but...
Avoid this bolt on at all costs.....Utter scum-bags!

Nightmafre booking parking through Ryanair at Stanstead Airport. Received no onformation about which car park to go to. Finally talked to someone at Ryanair who said it wasn't their responsibility, try Manchester Airport Group, who just tell you to contact Ryanair. Have had to book another car park with Stanstead direct at a cost of £99.95

If only I could give a score of zero. Do not book car parking with Ryanair. Booked for 5 days parking. Paid £70 for car parking during the flight booking. No confirmation email. No way of contacting Ryanair. The ChatBot customer services just tell you to contact Manchester Airport directly, but there is no way of contacting Manchester Airport car parks. Tried to contact Ryanair via Facebook but just got spammed. There is no way of resolving the situation without the confirmation email which Ryanair won't provide. Total scam and rip off. Can't believe such a big company can get away with this. Lost £70 then had to re-book at a cost of £170 via Manchester Airport website. Steer well clear of Ryanair.
