On exiting Manchester Airport had to pay further £25.00 to exit? Can’t get explanation from Ryanair - been trying for 2 weeks emailing them getting the same response responding automated message. It’s a con and they steal your money , booked for 9 days £130 and recived no confirmation email, called Ryan air and they say it’s through a 3rd party read the small print. You can’t contact the airport as you have no confirmation email, they are very rude and just say we will not help you.

Only booked the parking 2 days ago for Manchester parking in 10 days time. I always book direct, but I was adding a case on, saw they did parking and thought why not. My husband has damaged the car today, luckily only involving a wall, but it’ll go in for repair while we’re away. We do have another car we can use, but it’s impossible to change the registration number. I don’t have an email confirming the booking, or a reference number. So thinking I was saving £20. I’m now down £116 on the first booking and will now have to pay that again for the next booking. Why oh why didn’t I look at these reviews first. Lesson learnt… at least I can’t be moaned at for taking another case!

I had to change the return date of my flight, and needed to change the parking... they made me rebook it, and so ended up paying twice, without any refund or voucher.

Horrible. Ryan Air offers you to book parking via their website. Which I did. But never received confirmation of my booking or instructions. I contacted Ryan Air, which said I needed to contact the 3rd parting booking agent. I told them I booked via Ryan Air. I got the same response but with a web link. I copied and pasted the weblink, which is a google search and not to a website. I asked for a refund. I was told I have to request that through the third party parking service.
BEWARE. Stay away from booking via Ryan Air.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the parking booking service provided by Ryanair. Despite making a booking and paying for it, I did not receive any confirmation of my reservation. This resulted in significant inconvenience and additional costs, as I had to book another parking space at the airport.
I attempted to contact Ryanair customer service for assistance, but was directed to contact a third-party service provider directly. This was frustrating, as I had no information about this third-party provider and was unable to resolve the issue.
I am disappointed with the lack of support and communication from Ryanair, and I am concerned about the reliability of their additional services. As a result, I will not be using Ryanair for any future bookings.
Car parking via Ryanair cannot be amended or cancelled under any circumstances!
Booked car parking after booking flights with Ryanair (only airline flying to my destination) Booked via Ryanair app. No request or opportunity to put in entry/ exit times. When I got a confirmation a few hours later from the airport parking team I saw that:
1. Entry time was the same as flight check in time - minimal time margin
2. Exit time was the same as flight landing time - no time margin
3. In the email was a statement that no amendments or cancellations allowed if booking made via Ryanair.
Our return flight was due to land at 23.25pm. Given the late arrival and the distinct possibility of delay I had booked an airport hotel.
I then tried to contact Ryanair to see if anything couldbe done to extend my car park booking by another day. I disappeared down a bureaucratic rabbit hole. But eventually via a live chat with Ryanair customer support (huh!) I got hold of a telephone number and a statement that I certainly could extend my car park stay - see accompanying photo. Having telephoned that number i got through to a recorded statement referring me back to Ryanair!!
Lesson - never book car parking through Ryanair

No confirmation email received. I do not know which carpark I need to go to as I paid alongside my flights and have not been sent the carpark details. I have called and been told I will be sent an email. No email received. I called a second time to be told I can call on Monday to check, but I have an early morning flight so this does not help.
I was told on the phone that they can see the money have been taken from my account and it should be fine when I arrive during the early hours of Monday morning...super unhelpful.

If I could give this service minus stars I would! I booked a surprise trip for my husband to celebrate his 50th. Flying from Stansted. Booking parking at the time of booking flights at a cost of £69.99. No confirmation email received regarding parking. Couldn’t get hold of anyone due to our flight being early hours of the morning and their contact number isn’t recognised! Shocking. Couldn’t take the risk of being fined for parking in the wrong carpark on account of them having 5 short stay options! Ended up paying with Stansted parking direct whilst in the car on the way to the airport! The MOST stressful start to what should be a relaxing trip. AVOID this service at all costs. When we get back I’ll just have to waste some time trying to get sense out of Ryanair before asking my credit card company to reclaim my money. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome but I’m not holding my breath!

I booked my parking through Ryanair app and I didn't receive any emails as confirmation. I try to contact them they said to contact Stansted Airport, I contact Stansted Airport but they ask me for booking reference as I don't have nothing received from Ryanair.

Meet and Greet - Rubbish Service at Bristol Airport, booked through Ryan Air/Looking4Parking
1. Contacted them 30 mins before, they could not find booking and very difficult to communicate with
2. Despite the prior notice call nobody there to greet you, waited 25 mins for them to arrive, looked half asleep and very unprofessional
3. Drop point in the short stay car park exit which in Bristol is about the furthest walk to the airport possible, beyond the multistorey and hotel. With building work going on and no clear path to the terminal and all uphill
4. On return, Called as advised to once I had my luggage advised the car would be 25 to 30 mins back where dropped off. They struggled to find the reg and car
5. Long hike back to the exit of short stay(at least it is down hill)
6. No car waiting a further 35 minutes, 1 hr and 15 minutes since my initial call
7. Called several times, advised car on way
8. Driver called me from my car, not using handsfree whilst driving
9 Car arrives in car park being driven at high speed
10 Filled tank full of fuel on leaving Cardiff, still indicated near full when dropping off, on return 2/3rd of a tank
11 Did not take mileage on leaving car (foolishly) but it was about 150 miles on from when I filled up - Bristol to Cardiff is not 150 miles!
12 Asked the driver about the fuel he immediately replied ' did you take the mileage?' Was told their car park was 8 miles away - seems a distance!
13 car was muddy as if parked in a field

Then i contact them but they refused to take responsibility they said it is just an advertisement on over website suggested that i have to contact the provider directly they have 2 diff providers i reached them out both of them said there is no booking on your name or car reg. then i sent email to ryanair complaint department as usual there reply was the same we dont deal parking then why tf they charged me even though i told them check out my recipt and even they knew that i ‘ve paid for it but … so everyone beware from these scammers.
