I'm so sorry for your frustration. I've looked into this and I see the delay in confirming the change is because we need the property to confirm the change has been made in their reservations system. Their reservations team has been on leave (that time of year), but this will be sorted out today, now that they have staff back in office.

At the time of your initial booking, all three nights were available, but unfortunately, by the time the confirmation was processed, the third night had been reserved by another guest.

Once notified by the establishment we immediately notified you and offered a few options, including shortening your stay, helping you find alternative accommodation, or providing a full refund, which you chose and which was done promptly.

We're sorry that this situation still led to disappointment, and we understand how frustrating it must have been.

Please know that we take these situations very seriously, we value our guests' satisfaction and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

SA venues has set up a really easy system to advertise the different accommodations they have available! I have booked a stunning eco cabin for my boyfriends 30th and the system to book was quick, easy and I even managed to book with a discount. Looking forward to booking more getaways through SA venues in the future.
