BEWARE OF WHAT YOU READ! The way they write Free shipping and returns. This is wrong! and is false or misleading information/ advertising. They make "you" pay for the returns ($15 in my case). I ordered 2 substandard products and there is absolutely no way to call and speak to anyone. They did email a response, and did say they would accept the items back but..
2 other things that are false are they say you can use your own method of shipping for returns, but can change your mind- you cannot get back in to do so. They say Free shipping but for some reason I am not to get a full refund back. They subtract an amount on what they will refund.
-Lastly, on their website they say that they have a 30 day return policy from the day items that you received your order. Once you go to do the return- they say 30 days from the day ordered. Sounds minut?, maybe but significant and different from website. It is still a 4-5 day difference. I was out of town so almost missed the window.

Excellent service and well packaged item. Really happy with product. Would buy from this company again.

Stay away!! I ordered $177 worth of product. About 3 weeks later, one item (@$93) came by itself. The box was thrashed and didn’t even say Sage and Sill but CVG Returns.(?) The $93 item was just lying in the box, no packing materials, just alone in a plastic bag. Obviously, it came in pieces. Also, where was the rest of the order- I never found out.
It took many photos and about 6-7 exchanged emails to get a refund. They kept ignoring my refund request and offering a replacement. The whole thing was sooo bizarre. Too bad b/c the products we’re supposedly really cute.

Made my first purchase. When we removed item it was broken. I immediately emailed them, there is no number to call. Their response was they need to contact a supplier and they want pictures of item snd the packaging. We had thrown out packaging as at first we did not realize item was damaged. I should have read reviews before ordering from this company! I figure I lost my money and won’t get a replacement without lots of headaches if ever. I will be contacting PayPal and posting on all social media’s.

Took a month for them to send me a tracking number. Nothing ever came. I’ve never had a company so unwilling to work with customers when the fault is theirs. I have ordered from companies with backordered stock and it didn’t take this long. And they wouldn’t give me my money back. Had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Really awful customer service.

Ordered cute propagation vases. They arrived quickly, but one was damaged in transit. Hannah sent out a replacement like the next day, and it looks great. Appreciate your help!

Sage and Sill from Seattle Washington sent me the wrong item and expect me to pay for return shipping for their mistake! Total scam!

The reviews listed on the site are obviously fake. The same amateur photos are used by multiple reviewers, almost every item has five star reviews, and the reviews themselves make little sense. They were obviously all written by an algorithm/AI or someone who doesn’t speak English well.

Tried to cancel purchase after 9 mins
Sageandsill claimed it had already been sent
Took 2 weeks to arrive and senders address was in NSW
Sageandsill said I could return it at my own expense to the USA
They would not accept for me to return it to the senders address in NSW
This would have cost more than the entire purchase so I am stuck with it
Identical item available on eBay at less than half price including postage

Sage and Sills order platform didn't give me the discount. And while I contacted them and they issued a refund for that discount the items I received arrived too late and were not useable for what I needed... Here's your warning: you'll have to pay the return shipping... I had three packages worth. The smallest cost $24... And the other two still haven't arrived... I hope they don't so I can just get a full refund without paying the shipping to return... So be sure to get what you need and be sure you can use it..

I received my order on 11/24/21, one item was broken. I filled out the request for replacement, we are in February and I still have heard nothing. This company may not be legit . beware!

I requested a refund for a product I received that was damaged upon arrival. The request was submitted in early November 2021. Despite multiple attempts to reach Sage and Sill via email and their online customer service form, I have received no response.

This appears to be a fake company running a scam website. Please avoid sending your money to them.

Bought 3 items. Received shipping info pretty fast, but it took several weeks for 1 shipment to be "out for delivery" and the other shipment remained "in transit" status. Nothing received after a couple of weeks of "out for delivery" status. Tried contacting seller numerous times, no response. Opened PayPal case and seller immediately responded that items were at warehouse awaiting pickup because my address was invalid. Same PayPal address I have been using for over a decade, definitely not invalid. Went to warehouse, no packages there for me. Had to pressure PayPal to get a refund - where is that famous "buyer protection"? Now into the third month with packages still at same status. No items ever received. Scam website. AVOID!
