Salephase 

Only realised today when checking my delivery details the ongoing problems with this website and company and all other reviews. Hoping my credit card will refund my purchase

Just a little update regarding getting my money back from Salephase!!!!
Alls been reported to Action Fraud and hopefully have my funds back by the end of today, Crime Reference number now logged.

Ordered dishwasher was told delivery on 6th April never arrived no contact details so now in the hands of credit card company

Scam, just rang our credit card company to get our money back. Website down and a warning that it's a scam website. No phone number beware.

This is a scam. I bought a TV online as the price was very competitive and they were giving 10% discount.

It was supposed to be delivered on 05/04/2021. Nothing happened. I tried to call them yesterday, call ends without answer. Tried the web site, it disappeared. I sensed a scam and immediately notified my credit card issuing bank.
I am glad to say, the bank was very quick to respond, and I shall get back my back in 2 days.
I am the lucky one.
Beware of this scam.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered 2 deep freezers.. I trusted Google enough to type in deep freezer in the search bar and salephase was one company that came up in the list. I waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery and nothing. No phone number, website us down also. I just hope my bank will refund me..

Please wise on-line people!

SCAM.. no products , no contact numbers or website .. completely fraudulent

Fake website - an absolute scam - don’t not purchase from here and if you do call you bank and get your money back- the item will not be delivery, there are no items.

Scam, its all closed now. Contact your bank for charge back. I got it from Lloyd's in less than 24h.

Scam!! Took my money 4.5.21, no confirmation email. Phone number doesn’t work, site is now coming up as a fraudulent site. Emailed them through chat a week ago, no response. Definitely dodgy. Notified credit card. Have to wait another two weeks to claim money back. Changed credit card details. Worst experience online.

Gutted.. ordered a dish washer on the 5th of April told delivery day would be the 15th april. Of course thats been and gone with no delivery or any contant. currently trying to get my money back, furious can not trust google!
i found this site straight away i typed dish washer into the search bar which showed sale phase website next to other big brands like currys ect. So i did not think for a minute that this could be fraud, ordered my item and received no confirmation emails or text. Try to contact them but number is disconnected and website is down. now need to wait at least 2 weeks to see if i can get money back from the bank

Definitely a scam site! Scammed over a nintendo switch but luckily the back are raising a chargeback dispute.... but what everyone that needs to be careful about is they added a continuing payment to my card! So if I hadn't rang the bank so quickly they could of quite easily still took more money out! So cancel your cards immediately if you have bought anything from these!

Scammed my wife over a dishwasher. She just checked as they were due to deliver tomorrow and the website has gone. Cheers then scumbags, I hope you and your family feel the full force of the virus in its entirely until failure!
