I ordered a Hand Crank Powerbank online on 5/3. I picked it up from a GLS pick up point on 7/3. When opened it worked fine but had an odd rattle. I sent an inquiry to Sandberg, on 9/3, and by 11/3 I had a reply - it shouldn’t be a problem but if I was worried about it they’d send a replacement. I agreed, and it arrived at my home address with GLS 0n 13/3, and all is good ! Pretty good response time and service from Sandberg.

I contacted Customer Support last Friday because my Sandberg-450 BT receiver had suddenly stopped working. After reviewing a couple of troubleshooting steps, Jesper (customer support agent) was kind enough to ship a replacement and even another more advanced model, which were received via FedEx right after the weekend. That's what I call great customer service! Will not hesitate to purchase Sandberg products in the future. Thanks again.

I was looking for an option to use my internal Blu-ray drive as external. My choice fell for the USB 3.2 Cloner and Dock for M2 + NVMe + SATA.
I contacted Sandberg customer support and got good feedback from them. They had never tried mounting a DVD drive to this unit and it was never designed to work with a DVD drive.
After i recieved this unit I firstly tried to use this unit as intended by mounting an NVMe drive onto it which worked flawlessly to recognize and speeds were good.
When I tried with my internal Blu-ray drive it would not power on. This was a wild shot since i've seen people modding external drives PCBs to work with internal DVD drives.

+ Extra slot for M.2 or NVMe drive if your internally full.
+ Good speeds with USB 3.2
+ Easy cloning with or without computer.

I bought an external Keypad, that unfirtunately had a disfonctionnement. I asked the Helpdesk, and I get a really fast answer, saying that this problem was recurring. They immediately offer me to send me a replacement Keypad, without any question on further investigation.
Since such problems can occurs, I really appreciated how quickly they responded, as well as the kindness of their response.

I bought a power bank before winter 2023 (Survivor 72000). There were regular blackouts in Ukraine. It worked fine day by day at the cold, in the discharge, for a smartphone, router, laptop, and even for heating food. Because of it I had able to save my job.
A few months later I checked the charge for the next winter and it refused to charge. But the guys from the Birkeröd office replaced it for me without any obstacles. Thank you guys, you are the best <3

I recently purchased the Sandberg 630-09 numeric keyboard and reached out to their support team due to an issue with specific keys not functioning as expected. Jesper from Sandberg responded promptly to my inquiry and provided troubleshooting steps, including ensuring the keyboard was fully charged and testing it on another computer.

I contacted Sandberg customer service to see if I could get a key for a mechanical keyboard and they sent me a replacement Keyboard !!! I bought the Streamer USB Webcam Pro Elite. The unit I received had some minor issue. I contacted Sandberg Support and they where great. They gave some tips on troubleshooting but also immediately offered to replace the unit. After me not getting it to work properly they send me a new unit. This unit works properly. The best customer service I have ever experienced (and I have worked as customer service)

Had some issues with a power bank, it seemed like the USB cable wasn't charging anymore.
Writing to Sandberg they offered to send me a new one, despite not having the receipt. Brilliant and quick customer service.
Besides that, I've used their products for soon to be 10 years, and this is the first time I've had any issues.
