I recently purchased a product from this company and, although the item didn’t quite meet my needs (through no fault of theirs), I had to return it. The return process was smooth and customer-friendly.
They responded quickly (Pavla), and handled everything with great flexibility and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that treats its customers with such care, even in return situations.
I truly appreciate their attitude and would not hesitate to order from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I have ordered a lot of things from…
I have ordered a lot of things from them to renovate my house. After unpacking, it turned out that 1 item had a quality problem.
Unfortunately, they let me down after I reported it, saying that I had reported it after 14 days (right of withdrawal), so they can't do anything.
This is a joke! I didn't want to cancel, I wanted the defective product replaced under warranty. And I understand that it is valid for at least 1 year...
I recommend not to buy from them! They sell poor quality, but they do not honor their warranty.
