Broken JIKA Cube sink delivered and customer service not acceptable
We have ordered and paid in advance for a JIKA Cube sink, which was delivered BROKEN on 3 August 2026 (order#6726026407). Customer service via e-mail was informed the same day (no phone contact working/available which is ). It took over one month when they finally got back that it should be delivered back, which they arranged. From the day of complaint (3 Aug 2026), we made it clear and tried to communicate that we request same new product as soon as possible, but no real answer was received from customer service, Indeed, customer service for this Czech company seems not existing. After 1.5 month (on 16 Sep 2026), they now simply sent a credit invoice saying they will refund ignoring all of our e-mail requesting same product as a replacement.
Money not yet received back so cannot confirm. They allow themselves still two weeks for repayment until 30 Sep 2026.
Very ignorant and frustrating communication from the company, so they are wasting customers' time and money.
It is very bad service in case the product is delivered damaged: they seem to punish customers with 30 days of investigation period.
Also, as per the website today, the product is available in ca. 11 days. For us, they just confirmed - after waiting for 6 weeks for their action - that it would be one month to deliver the same product so they preferred to issue credit invoice for refund.
This company is unable to properly handle failed deliveries, maybe they should change the logistics partner or not use AI customer service. Very annoying.

Webáruházunkon nem kínálunk telefonos ügyfélszolgálatot, ezért a kapcsolattartás e-mailben történik. A reklamációval kapcsolatban az ellenőrzés alapján az ügyfélszolgálat már néhány perccel az Ön jelzése után válaszolt, és elküldte Önnek a szükséges linket, amelyen keresztül megnyithatta a reklamációs folyamatot. Fontos továbbá megjegyezni, hogy az ügyfélszolgálat hatásköre nem terjed ki arra, hogy a reklamáció lezárásáról, annak módjáról vagy a megoldás formájáról döntsön. Ezeket a döntéseket a reklamációs osztály hozza meg az adott eset körülményei alapján. Amennyiben a reklamáció tárgyát képező termék raktáron van, a csere terméket automatikusan elküldjük a vásárlónak. Ebben az esetben azonban a szóban forgó termék nem volt készleten, és az újabb beszerzés várható ideje körülbelül egy hónap lett volna. A reklamációs osztály ezért úgy döntött, hogy a vásárló számára gyorsabb megoldásként a vételár visszatérítését biztosítja. Szeretnénk azt is hangsúlyozni, hogy ügyfélszolgálatunk létezik és folyamatosan működik. Kollégáink naponta több száz e-mailes megkeresést dolgoznak fel, és minden ügyet igyekeznek a lehető leghamarabb kezelni. Kérjük ezért, hogy a jövőben tartózkodjon olyan állítások közzétételétől, amelyek félrevezethetik a többi vásárlót az ügyfélszolgálatunk működésével kapcsolatban. Megértését köszönjük.

EDITED Damaged product, poor customer service
Unfortunately, the product arrived bent and was clearly defective. I reported the issue through the proper channels and submitted a formal complaint, but I have not received any response or follow-up. I expected much better customer service and support in resolving the issue.
Edit: Although it took more than a month, and they were not very proactive about communicating without being asked, I finally received a replacement. My other orders were okay.

köszönjük, hogy megosztotta tapasztalatát. Sajnáljuk, hogy a reklamációs ügyintézés jelenlegi állása nem felelt meg az elvárásainak.
Szeretnénk azonban pontosítani, hogy az Ön által augusztus 14-én benyújtott reklamáció jelenleg a reklamációs osztály feldolgozása alatt áll. A vonatkozó jogszabályok alapján a fogyasztói panaszok/reklamációk elbírálására a vállalkozásnak 30 nap áll rendelkezésére (a fogyasztóvédelemről szóló 1997. évi CLV. törvény 17/A. § rendelkezései alapján). Természetesen kollégáink minden esetben igyekeznek a lehető leghamarabb megoldást találni, azonban a kivizsgálás időtartama függ a reklamáció jellegétől és az esetleges szükséges egyeztetésektől.
Fontos kiemelnünk, hogy a reklamációk szakmai elbírálását nem az ügyfélszolgálat végzi, hanem külön erre kijelölt reklamációs osztály, amely a szükséges információk és dokumentumok alapján hozza meg a döntést.
Megértjük, hogy gyorsabb megoldást várt volna, és sajnáljuk az ezzel járó kellemetlenséget. Amint a reklamáció elbírálása megtörténik, kollégáink haladéktalanul felveszik Önnel a kapcsolatot a további teendőkkel kapcsolatban.
