First off, the product I bought I understood came with all the wood to go with the project. I ordered 2 not knowing I was just getting instructions on how to make the product out of wood. I only need 1 instruction set if it doesn't include the wood.
I emailed them 4 times to get clarification & no one has responded. It's now been since Jan. 8th.
2nd-I phoned the number they have listed on the website for customer service. It is NOT Sanrico & the person on the other end had no idea who or what company I was talking about. The phone number listed on the Sanrico site belongs to a completely different, unrelated company. In fact, they aren't even in the same state!
So buyer beware. I should have looked up their
Website before buying as it has a very low score of trust, no customer service, and lying about their contact info.
When I did look it up finally, it says this company is actually a scam.
So legality's, like not allowed to share plans, is out the window as they are not a legitimate company.
wow, i haven't had a company go above and beyond like these folks in years. Customer service has sucked really since Covid but I feel like all I do now is talk to robots. Not these folks. As soon as I placed my order I saw a different promotion they were having on a totally different set but that other set had 3 of their awesome tools and the one I ordered only had the one. So, I decided to reach out to say hey - can you please charge me an additional $20 and send me that promo vs the promo I bought? It took a day but they got back to me and said hey, we talked to our boss and as a one time extension of goodness, they said they went ahead and shipped the deal/promo I requested at the price I paid for the one I purchased which means I got three tools for the price of the one promotion. I mean that is like epic above and beyond. I wouldn't have even asked for that. I am so excited to try these tools. As a woodworker, I am always looking for ways to develop and expand my craft. Thank you team at San Rico. I appreciate you!

I bought plans for bottle case.
They lack all the important details needed to complete the case.
I have worked with plans all my working life and these are a joke!
Unless you can improvise don't buy.
Bought plans. Look ok but hyperlinks to materials do not work. Customer service is non existent. I would pass on this. You pay a premium but service stinks.

Three weeks later. Original order?? never arrived and when I asked for a tracking number they sent another one which did arrive. The same product offered through different on line vendors is available at half the price. I should have checked before ordering. Beware.

This was my first and last time in ordering from SANRICO (Tools)!! I purchased an expensive item from SANRICO, and when I received it (after weeks and weeks), it wasn't quite what I expected. So, I wrote an email to them to start a return process (They have 15 day return policy, from delivery date.). In fact, I wrote 3-THREE*EMAILS!! All with NO*RESPONSE!! SANRICO claims a US address. But, my package came from way overseas, which explains why it took so very long. I DO*NOT*RECOMMEND* SANRICO !!! --DT. Seattle, WA
Item was shipped right away but USPS was a little slow in delivery. SANRICO had excellent customer service in responding to my emails and helping track my order. I highly recommend them as a small business that you can depend on.

Just bought some router bits from Sanrico and I am quite impressed with their customer service. They obviously put the customer first. I received my tools in just under a week exceeding their timeline for delivery. I’m quite satisfied with the tools that I bought. I will definitely do business with them again (they have some very cool tools).
Horrible company. They have a product called BOXACY. I though it was for an actual wooden box, but they instead emailed me with a link to download instructions on how to build it myself.
So my fault for being confused about the images. But I never clicked that link to download it. Once I realized it wasn't a physical box, I immediately emailed them for a refund as they can tell I never downloaded their instructions.
Instead, they refused to respond to multiple emails, and wanted to just keep my money. Horrible behavior. As a company, if you know someone mistakenly purchased something, but never downloaded/used it, then you should issue a refund. It's no cost to do that.
Great company and customer service is 5 star! I will definitely shop on your website again in the future.

I have purchased a number of tools in the past and their delivery and support is very efficient, I live in the UK. This time I enquired about the adaptability of the 'Power Sphere' to UK angle grinders. They sorted out the answer within a few hours, without any fuss and pointed me in the direction of the adapter. So, to coin a phrase, 'Job Done'.

This company knows how to treat customers. I purchased a tool from Sanrio. Based on prior purchases I was told I was a member of Sanrico’s VIP club and entitled to a 10% discount. When I tried to claim the discount on a more recent purchase I did not know the correct discount code. When Sanrico became aware of my experience they volunteered to give me a refund of 10%. How many organizations do that.

Useless design files. Missing tons of key measurements. Links to items you need to complete the project are missing, just text that says click here, but no underlying link. The measurements that do exist are not correct based on their print these templates at 100%. I Put my calipers on the template and a line, that according to the template, was supposed to be 38.5MM was only 35MM. The plans say to make 2MM wide hole 10MM deep. This is to put in a metal pin that is 2MM wide and 10MM long. That would do nothing but fill the hole=useless. Should be a 5MM deep hole for the pin and 5MM deep grove on the piece above it, so the pin and guide groove work together, or the pin needs to be 20MM not 10 so that it extends far enough to do anything. Either way the plans are wrong again and again.
Reached out for support multiple times. Get an auto reply that "James" is working on it and I'm his top priority and his team will get back to me within 1 business day. That was WEEKS ago! In that same time frame I got spammed 14 times to buy even more useless product.
Now, after disputing the charges with PayPal, they refunded the money, after waiting the full 30 days PayPal makes you wait for them to respond. My time having deal with this is worth more than the refund. This review is here to warn people, not to do business with these people. They lie every step of the buying process, deliver useless products, both digital and physical, based on other reviews here. Repeating the ignore until bad review or dispute tactics and blackmail tactics of change your review and we'll refund you.

I ordered 2 disc to get 3 free on the add, Paid up front and waited for the 5 disc to come. I only got the 2 I had paid for. So emailed them, got a reply that they would look into it. they did not get back to me any more even when I asked for a refund. As they had put this offer in there add I would not had ordered had I had know.I run my own business and would never treat a new customer like this.look foreward in hearing your reply. Many thanks for responding to my complaint via Trustpilot. Please accept my apologise for not having responded to your emails, it transpires that they were sat in my spam box.
I am however very confused. As I previously mentioned, the advert stated that if you ordered 2 discs that you would receive a further 3 discs for free, making it a total of 5 discs (which I did). In your reply, you stated that the promotion was only valid for customers who purchased the option of 2 + 3 free discs in order to receive the 3 free discs, again which is exactly what I had done?! I did not place an order for the wrong product.
I therefore expected to receive what I had ordered from this offer, which was 5 discs in total. I would greatly appreciate it if you could either send me the 3 free discs as advertised or send me a full refund.
