I can’t recommend Saranghae enough! I had an issue with my order—a broken pump on one of the bottles—and reached out to their team in the evening.
By the time I checked my messages the next morning, they had already replied and sent a replacement my way, even before I got to read their response! That’s what I call amazing customer service.
Their products are fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable for Switzerland.
Plus, they often have great discounts, which is super helpful when you like to stock up like I do!
