Fast and efficient service
I found the service excellent the parcel with the bari mouthpiece and lig came the next day. I needed to change the lig due to an error, which was quickly sorted over the phone.

Best instrument-buying experience
This saxophone came packaged really safely, and not only that, but it showed up in three days (which is fantastic considering it was shipped across the ocean!) Purchasing it was a breeze, and there were no issues with payment. Safe to say I'm going to be buying all of my saxophones here.

The horn is perfect. I couldn't be more happy.
Also it shipped from the UK to the US (to a non-major city) in about three days. I am blown away. I didn't ask for any sort of special shipping. So kudos to UPS (I think it was UPS) as well.
