Schulman Vein and Laser Center Reviews 

I started getting spider veins at the age of 16. I was ashamed to wear shorts. As time went by they got worse. I read about a treatment called sclerotherapy and decided to give it a try. By this time I was in my 30's.Not all of my spider veins disappeared but there was improvement. I waited quite sometime before I tried it again, mostly unsuccessfully. Last year I was going on a cruise and decided to give it a try again. I did some research and that is when I discovered Schulman Vein & Laser Center. The doctors were not dermatologists but board certified Phlebologists who's specialty is to treat vein disorders. I made my appointment with ease, the waiting room time was minimal and the injections painless. I went on my cruise a very happy woman. My legs have never looked so good thanks to Dr. Lee Schulman. Dr. Schulman answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Since then I have returned a few times for what I call tweaking. I am a very satisfied patient and would recommend the Schulman Vein & Laser Center to anyone. As a matter of fact my girlfriend has an appointment next week. A.R.E.

I have always felt selfconscious about my thighs, mainly because of the multitude of spider veins that are extremely visible. For as long as I can remember I have not worn shorts in public, and I very rarely wear a bathing suit. However I was getting married and going to Hawaii on my honeymoon and I wanted to be able to wear shorts without cringing so I decided to visit Dr Schulman. I had heard good things about Schulman Vein and Laser Center and they were conveniently located in Commack. Put at ease with the staff of Schulman vein center. Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions without judgement. I was always taken in on time and I have never felt rushed with mybappointment. And Dr Schulman was amazing. He thoroughly explained all of my options, and allowed me to take time to decide if this is what I wanted to do. I did decide to have the darker veins injected, which was not half as painful as I thought it was going to be, and I was pleasantly surprised that even though I was told It may take a few months to completely Work, after a few weeks I was already seeing a visible change. Thanks to Dr Schulman I was able to wear shorts on my honeymoon and not feel like everyone was staring at my veiny thighs!

I visited Dr. Lee Schulman for laser and injection therapy on my varicose veins. I felt really comfortable under his care, and never felt like I was asking too many questions (which I'm pretty sure I was!). While I was nervous going in, I couldn't believe how painless the treatments were, and how quickly I recovered. I definitely recommend Dr. Schulman for any vein treatments if you're looking for a professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Lee Shulman treated veins in my hands, face, and legs. The results were amazing. He is a great doctor, very personable, and his staff is welcoming too! You won't be disappointed here!

I have gone to see Dr Lee Shulman several times now. Upon entering the office, you are greeted warmly by the receptionist. I am always called in promptly and hardly have to wait at all! Dr Shulman and his entire staff are extremely kind and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable while in their care. Dr Schulman always takes the time to chat with me before my treatments start and he is always very personable. I would recommend this practice to anyone undergoing these treatments!

I just left Lee Schulman's vein and laser office where I was treated with incredible kindness and professionalism by Dr. Schulman and his staff. From the minute I walked into the office I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Schulman took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the result would hopefully be. I already booked my next appointment so I can have vein free legs for the new year. He is so kind and caring. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I have been going to the Schulman vein center for years, and its my pleasure to say I just love my doctor, Lee Schulman and his excellent staff. Its always a pleasure to be treated so well by your physician and any questions or concerns are always given great advice. His staff both in the exam room and the "Saints" working with my medical insurance are just fantastic. The treatments are always fun since our conversations are alway fun and informative. I would strongly recommend anyone to try this excellent medical practice. Plus, they are located in New York City and Long Island!! It's nice to get 5 star service for your medical needs!!

Dr. Schulman is a kind, generous, intelligent physician who delivers top notch care with humor, professionalism and expertise. He's staff is equally outstanding. The office is friendly and welcoming. They provide treatment with great care and attention. My varicose and spider veins have long been an issue but the results have been amazing. I have suffered with varicose veins, since the birth of my daughter,30 years ago. During that time I have been treated by many vascular physicians, have had injections and surgery, with little results. That is until I met Dr Shulman and his wonderful staff. He performed laser surgery on my left leg. The results he achieved are amazing. The vein causing the problem is gone, along with all the swelling and pain. My legs look great and I am no longer apprehensive about wearing dresses or shorts. Dr Shulman also treats my daughter and my mom. They are also very happy with the results he has achieved. He has a great staff. They all professional,compassionate and friendly. Appointments are on time, I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to see doctor.

I have been an on the field athletic coach for 37 years. For a period of time now, it has been difficult to maintain my focus due to leg fatigue and minor pain which occurs when standing in one place. After a few treatments by Dr. Schulman I have experienced a significant improvement and I am not distracted by discomfort.

I went to see Dr. Shulman in regard to multiple spider veins and some varicose veins. First treatment with multiple injections. MD and staff pleasant throughout the process encouraging conversation as a distraction. I was happy that the process was relatively painless .
I went for a followup several weeks later after and Dr Shulman's office informed me that my insurance allowed further visits. Second round only several injections, again pain free and no noticeable bruising !!
I am very happy thus far with outcome and I have been assured that I will be even happier !!!

I found Dr. Schulman to be very professional and friendly. He explained what I should expect during the injections and after. His staff was also very professional and nice. I had my varicose veins ( spider veins) injected with minimal discomfort and no recovery time needed. I was able to go about my normal routine after each session. I would recommend using him for any and all varicose veins.

I'm still in shock how much my legs improved. Dr. Schulman was very honest with me before we started that the area behind one of my knees may not be completely cleared due to the darkness of the spider veins. Much to my surprise that same area looks completely cleared. I'm really looking forward to wearing shorts and skirts again without feeling self conscious about spider veins!!!
