They have carried out some work, for an insurance company, in the next door property and the way the work carried out was ridiculous. Debris left on the drive over night, not sure if it was asbestos, however to me, it looked like Brown asbestos, known scientifically as Amosite.

They had also blocked my driveway and left the van parked over night.

Had to report to HSE,

This company also trades as Saints Constrcution Ltd , Rugeley , Staffordshire .
Issues raised relating to giving quotes without ever visiting the property are exactly the same and their general attitude stinks. Work for the insurers not the property owners and provide inadequate quotes on manipulated scopes of works purely beneficial to the insurers to ensure low offers to the insured person but beneficial to what the insurance companies offer for property damage . We gave then the opportunity to visit and quote correctly but refused . They quoted on imaginary information including stating out property had a public footpath all the way round and had on road parking. Neither exists as on a junction of an A road and side road . Numerous incorrect information yet don’t want to put it right only appear to quote for work with no intention of doing the work and just a paper excercise for the benefit of the insurers . Have to question the agenda behind this companies links with insurance companies . Also can’t provide any customer references when asked . Also tied up with Ageas who are the loss adjusters for The post office insurance who don’t want to meet their obligations under insurance policies including Gold plus policies . Avoid this company whether for asbestos as SCi asbestos or as Saints Construction Ltd .claim still ongoing because of Saints construction Ltd failure to actually provide a real quote based on facts and property insoection.

5 star service-from the minute john walked into my property he couldn't do enough explained everything thoroughly at each process- realy friendly chatty guy finished the job to perfection. Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. John arrived at the property with a rude and dismissive attitude from the outset. When I pointed out an area in the bathroom that also needed attention, he responded, “I don’t take instructions from you.” My neighbor, who kindly let him in, was also made uncomfortable when he asked her about my age, saying I “sounded like a young girl”—completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

After his office confirmed that the bathroom area was indeed part of the job, I asked him to leave due to his behavior. He then pushed past my neighbor on his way out, further escalating the situation.

Avoid this company at all costs. This kind of service and conduct is unacceptable.

Absolutely rubbish…. Communication is non existent. 2 days to plaster 2 patches, wallpaper put on, came off within 24hrs…. I suppose it did take a week to paper a room. Avoid like the plague.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! They don’t do the job properly and and management are extremely unprofessional. It needs to be abolished.

I have never received such shocking customer service in my life! Hollie is the rudest person i have ever had a conversation with! I have now has several telephone conversations with Hollie and i have been appalled every time by the way she has spoken to me down the phone, she raises her voice and her attitude is dam right rude! I am currently having tests for asbestos within my house with this company and I have asked my insurance company to use another sampling customer due to the lack of customer service, if your are an insurance company i highly suggest you use other companies to SCI. This girl should not be working with members on the public with an attitude like she has, she has ended the phone on my several times because I have been asking questions regarding the process! If you want happy customers i suggest she is spoken to or sent on a customer service course!

This Company breaks its promises to send a report after taking a month to collect asbestos samples to test and does not answer 20 emails and phone calls

This company can evidently provide accurate and comprehensive advice without ever attending a property......
They have on the basis of photos (now proved to be incorrect) provide Sedgwick with what is needed at my property & are even going as far as to suggest that the guidance provided by the leading Trade Association (ARCA) is incorrect and does not apply in my circumstances.
They have left exposed asbestos, refuse to attend the property, and their Operations Director still owes me a full and comprehensive explanation as to the basis for their decision, as up until last week, they hadn't recognised from the photos that ceramic tiles were still in place and had to ask their operative on site to confirm!

Excellent service, they were so careful not to damage any of my plants when they removed an asbestos roof from my garden

SCI were assigned by my insurer and throughout the two visits required to clear asbestos debris and then to dismantle the remaining asbestos sheets. They kept me fully informed, arrived when scheduled, undertook the work professionally, efficiently and left the area immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this company.

SCI were really good. Both Cheryl at the office and Alan, who did the removal work on our ceiling, were friendly and helpful. The work done was excellent, we were really pleased how tidily it was all finished off.

Regarding my experience of kitchen ceiling removal with this company l am pleased to say it was excellent. The young man who did the work solo was great a very good job done after working so hard. The customer service was also excellent from start to finish and the lady l had contact with throughout could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with a real asset to the company. One year ago. This company was used to take my artex ceiling down.

Friendly chaps did a wonderful job and it was no bother for me at all.

Now this past week, I discovered a floor problem in the little hall.

Cheryl and Lisa were so sympathetic and were able to arrange things very fast for me, as the other repair teams were already here.

Alex (another friendly chap) has just efficiently removed the 9X9 tiles for me and I now have a pristine floor that is ready for the other repairers to deal with.

I am hugely grateful to this company and its wonderful employees,for helping me out when I needed it at short notice.

SCI gave us excellent service. We provisionally booked to have our garage (with an asbestos based roof) dismantled and correctly disposed. Due to a change in circumstances we asked for the date to be brought forward at very short notice and they managed to do this for us.
The guys that did the job were brilliant - polite and efficient.
