Honestly , I had no idea why my insurance changed years ago, it took talking with 1 of your agents to figure it out. Then , said agent managed to clear it up. I mean , so.ething my old agent could have done over the years but didnt .
So ya I feel I scored.

Spoke to lady at scoop insurance, this lady tone was very judgemental that I started having anxiety and panic. I told her I forgot some details and she has the audacity to say "I don't forget anything " , good for you, AI. We are human and can forget things and you don't know what the person in the other line is, I have anxiety and keep forgetting things, it is an issue? Wow I never felt judged in my life. I forgot her name however it happened today March 11th around 5pm and I am sure all calls are recorded.
You mentioned robot, the lady i spoke to was a human being acting with feeling m.

There pleasant attitude and helpful way made everything smooth and easy. All in all very nice people. Would recommend the company.

The first thing is this company is amazing with helping and explaining things in great detail. I just called and spoke to a lady by the name of Sarah, wow so kind and helpful, felt like we could of talked for hours. Sarah went into great detail to get my proper bank information and explain how the first payments work. Thanks again Sarah, scoop needs more people like you.

Easy communication, low prices and fast process!

The digital documents is easy to access & process. However, the agent didn't explain the detail of insurance coverage to me. It made that the digital had declined 2 times before we finalize with a clear & correct figures calculation.

the process was fairly quick and Ali helped a lot. i had a couple of different quotes but scoop was able to get me insurance and information that was needed. I would recommend scoop to others looking for insurance with a timeline.
