I ordered 2 tops in stock and a pair of gym shoes in plenty time. Got email to say order was prepared then nothing. Shop don't answer phone. Schools back tomorrow. What a let down.
Order a good year in advance is my only advice here. How they're still operating is beyond me.
Avoid this company complete joke ordered my kids items to be delivered never gave me a delivery date and when I enquired they said it would be weeks. I asked why there was no notice of this on the website and was told it was on their Facebook account. No one goes onto Facebook to order school items. Then I was told to go into the shop and get them if I was able to do this I wouldn’t have ordered online. Worst service ever.
We started using Scotcrest after being recommend by one of our customers , I have to say I am delighted with the service .
Both ladies in the shop are lovely and have been so helpful , I just picked up our first order and shall continue giving them our custom .
