I ordered a screw with 10 days order time. I received an email with "out off stock". Money is transferred, nobody answers my mails...

Sent the incorrect product, they have sent the correct but not here when expected

Very fast delivery and got what I ordered

Ordered goods for delivery based on the web site started delivery times of 5-7 days. It’s now 12 days later and no delivery. In addition there was no response from customer service.

I also noticed my delivery note says that some goods in my order are not available and will be delivered within 20 days. They only tell you that AFTER you place the order!!! Shipping from China is quicker!

The screws I ordered arrived on time and to the correct specification.
Would most certainly use Screw Express again.

Lacks items in the order, screws loose in the packcage, delivery drops the parcel outside the building, customer service dont answer claims... May be the question should be "how can we do things even worse?"

Part order delivered and had to pay 42GBP for import of a £3.00 item … buy local I say not worth the hassle still not sure when balance of original order is coming!!!

Took ages to arrive. Once arrived, no nails were provided with the insulation dowels when it specifically stated ‘insulation dowels with synthetic nails’

After numerous emails informing you you had the wrong address you still sent the parcel to that wrong address

I was looking for a specific nut and screw express was the only company I could find stocking what I needed. I placed an order, received immediate notification of purchase and received updating emails frequently concerning dispatch and delivery. Item delivered really quickly considering it came from France. Brilliant service and product was perfect. Highly recommend.

Good service & quick delivery

Really bad communication. Asked for specification sheet. Ignored my request. Tried every way to find out a delivery address. They gave me the name of a company in Essex who had never dealt with them and had no idea Screw-Express are. Tried calling. Just a French answer machine message. Zero customer service. We are looking for a different supplier. They are simply a Feckless box shifting company.

Absolutely ignoring my emails.
Seller doesn’t act on import charges, sent the parcel twice with the wrong invoice, which triggered the import charges.
Bad seller communication and customer service.
