Easy sale, prompt delivery, goods in perfect order

Great serivce, check you measures and numbers, order the screws, bolts or nuts and your set. I now know where to go get the exact bolt I need.

All good BUT you should put your name and address on the actual bag containing the items - I have had a terrible time to find who I ordered them from for a repeat order.

I'd give minus stars if that was available. You successfully relieved me of £28, kept my money but didn't dispatch goods. Thanks for nothing.

They were able to source items that were difficult to obtain and at a very good price. Communication and delivery were good. Very pleased.

There was nothing wrong with the product but only part of the order was in stock so I am waiting for the rest of it to arrive.
You should not accept an order when you do not have the items in stock.

I ordered a load of threaded steel rods and initially all was well - quick dispatch etc however less than half of my ordered arrived having paid import duties for the full amount. I contacted them and they were initially very responsive and helpful and admitted it was an issue in their warehouse and the rest of the goods had not been dispatched. They then got them sent and I emailed asking what would happen about the import duty as I had already paid duty on the full invoice value. I received no reply. I subsequently got another import duty bill again for the full amount as they had included a full price invoice with the remainder of the order. So I then emailed them again to ask what was going to happen about it as, due to their warehouse error, I had now had to pay twice to import the same order - again I received no reply at all. So in summary, if in the UK, just a word of caution that this company will go silent on you if there are costly issues caused by their errors. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again which is a shame as things had started well.

Parts ordered arrived quickly, and were of good quality, well packaged. Very happy to have found another supplier of decent, slotted, countersunk brass screws.
