Peace of Mind When We Needed It Most
Our family’s travel insurance was expensive, but knowing that our son’s medical condition was covered gave us incredible peace of mind and was worth every cent.
Before purchasing the policy, I called Southern Cross and spoke with a very kind and helpful gentleman. He checked with his manager and the medical team to make absolutely sure our son’s condition would be covered. When they confirmed that it was, it lifted such a huge weight from our shoulders.
Our son did become unwell while we were overseas, but thankfully we were able to manage his condition without needing to visit a hospital. Even so, knowing Southern Cross was there if we needed them felt like a warm blanket of reassurance wrapped around our family.
We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion and reassurance Southern Cross gave us throughout our trip.

When my luggage was not on my flight…
When my luggage was not on my flight and I had to wait 40 hours before it arrived at my hotel in Bali it would have been very helpful to be able to communicate with your company unfortunately this proved to be extremely difficult. I am just totally over lack of service.

Unbelievably supportive
Unbelievably supportive, responsive and efficient in getting me home with an injury,and I couldnt be more thankful! They have a medical team on board, travel agents and admin superstars to help with everything you need and any questions at any time of the day.
When my injury happened, I was worried thinking I had to deal with an insurance, knowing full well it can be a drama, but everyone I dealt with at SCTI was so amazing, I won't use any other travel insurance again. I have been purchasing their cover for years, (and never having used it), but now knowing how wonderful they were, I wont go anywhere else!
