Unbelievably supportive
Unbelievably supportive, responsive and efficient in getting me home with an injury,and I couldnt be more thankful! They have a medical team on board, travel agents and admin superstars to help with everything you need and any questions at any time of the day.
When my injury happened, I was worried thinking I had to deal with an insurance, knowing full well it can be a drama, but everyone I dealt with at SCTI was so amazing, I won't use any other travel insurance again. I have been purchasing their cover for years, (and never having used it), but now knowing how wonderful they were, I wont go anywhere else!

I was comparing the prices and the coverage and price seemed reasonable so I bought it for my son's travel. Fortunately there was no need for any claims and the trip went well but was good to know that it had good coverage if needed!
