Terrible service
Placed order late at night an I inadvertently ordered the wrong size on one item. My bad. i reported the mistake immediately via their website. Contacted them on opening first thing following morning to be told that it had gone to be prepared and was too late to cancel. Asked if anything could be done. Rude unhelpful staff member cut me off rather than answer questions.
I’m still waiting for my order
I’m still waiting for my order. They are not responding to my emails and haven’t refunded my money (£247)!
I’m going to complain to my credit card company. The customer service is terrible. I wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering anything.
Please learn from my mistake!
Never shipped my item, and never responded to emails
I ordered from them on 10th August 2022.
My order still says pending over a month later.
I tried contacting them but they never responded.
I have now emailed them asking for my order to be cancelled.
Disaster
Disaster, they sent the parcel to Mexico, no way to get information or any assistance, basically not far off a fraudulent trader. Don't buy here, you will be unlikely to get what you want and if you get any issues not way to get any help.
They did not deliver the watch I paid for.
I placed an order of various stuff and when I received the order they did not include the watch I ordered. We were going back and forth in emails until they told me the time-frame for refund had passed and now I have literally lost about 100 euros. Horrible service. Good prices, but horrible service. It is a hit and miss. If you order from them you risk for sure.

Appalling company to deal with. Would never use them again. Part of the TradeInn group, and the worst online customer service I have experienced. Never again!
Prices are very good, but customer service is an absolute joke!
Bought a diving mask and 2 x prescription lenses. I could not contact anyone to check they were the correct lenses, so eventually I ordered anyway. It (arrived late, which was fine), plus they were very poorly packaged. Thankfully nothing broken, but the lenses did not fit the mask!
I wanted to exchange for the correct ones, but it was almost impossible to contact anyone. No phone number or email address anywhere!
Finally managed to find a WhatsApp contact! After a few days they replied saying, ask the question on the website, via the product review section!
Several days later, their reply showed they clearly didn't read or understand my question. Back and forth several times, and finally gave up and started the returns process!
Another nightmare. £11 to return 2 x lenses, and no option to use my own courier or postage.
Took nearly two months for them to process, and no acknowledgement or updates on the status.

2 orders made on their site. The purchases arrived later than expected but i'm not peaky on that.
All the items arrived as ordered. One of the items was defective and i was directly refunded after the claim.

Only gave one star as impossible to give lower. Returned goods Sent December 4th and accepted days later after having to pay £11 to return. Still not refunded two months later. I can’t explain how terrible the customer service has been as I keep getting palmed off saying it’s not been received albeit I have the confirmation it has. In two months I could have easily walked it there myself.. just don’t bother with them.

I don’t know why this store is so poorly rated because I’ve been buying from them in four different occasions and the products arrived in time(location Japan) and the condition was amazing.

But got a great price on it, got a tracking email the next day, came from Spain and was here quicker than an eBay order that came from Northern Ireland so made up. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

If I could give less than one star I would. And I wish I’d seen these reviews before spending any money with this awful, awful company. Their shoddy packaging fell apart enough route to its destination and four small items from a large order were missing. They are refusing to just refund the money (since I already had to replace the items, a reship is not an option), unless I provide multiple photos of some packaging that was thrown out two weeks ago and open a claim with THEIR shipping partners?
After i spent hundreds of euro with their company, they treat a customer like that?
Absolute disgrace of a company. Do not use them. I used the site nootica dot com at the same time as I was purchasing there, to get a size these guys didn’t have: not only was their service faster and cheaper, but costumer service is personal and faster.
Sizing is all wrong
Sizing is all wrong, wetsuit is far too small even after doing all the measurements to their sizing chart!
It’s impossible to return too, no returns link or paperwork.
Very disappointing.

They don’t even deserve one star still no refund ordered wetsuit although dimensions were my exact size still was too tight and small fit… 6 and half weeks waiting for refund after sending it back it never came on time furious as I am the whole summer not been able to dive over them has any one managed to source a refund? It too much money to lose out on. Will never order again I wish I read reviews beforehand.
Expensive delivery and return charges
Ordered a wet suit using their size chart and it still came up too small. I was charged £8 delivery and it took about 10 days to arrive, now they want to charge over £11 for me to print a returns label to send it back via royal mail.
So I will have had nothing but grief for my £19 delivery and return costs.
Now after reading reviews about people not getting their money back I'm thinking of trying to sell it at a loss, at least I will get something back.
Not even worthy of 1 star - total scam
Ordered an aqualung fusion bullet dry suit on 29th June with expected delivery 7-12th July. Now 6th August no dry suit. Contacted customer service who told me I have to come tact parcelforce as there is customs duty to pay. Their website clearly states that there are no extra charges added when delivery to uk. Told them they need to sort it and all they would say is that need to pay the charges then send them the invoice and they will refund it. Don’t trust a word they say so will purchase elsewhere and claim a section 75 refund from my credit card due to numerous breaches on contract on their part. What a scam company

I had A LOT of orders off of two accounts, but this last one brought on a HORRIBLE customer experience.
Ordered 2 Apeks Lifeline spools (about 110 EUR), they only sent the line for the spools and, after 2 weeks since the return request, they offered me a refund of 20 EUR!!! So in their opinion, for two pieces of string I am to pay 90 EUR plus shipping.
Extremely bad customer service, horrible process to return items that ScubaStore ships wrong.
Paid extra for next day delivery, it was not posted until after the last delivery date
Paid extra for fast delivery, the item was only posted the day after the latest quoted date. After I chased and without checking with me whether I would still arrive in time.
It was also posted by slow post instead of the fast post I paid over £20 for.
On top of that tg customer service was irresponsive and blaming Brexit!!!
This company is to be avoided, I am battling for my refunds now.

Ordered a wetsuit at the beginning of March, arrived the end of April when I paid for 1st class delivery.
Had to send it back as it didn’t fit, we are in July now and still got no refund. Called them 4 times, get some bloke who hates his job on the phone. Every email gets replied with an automated email so useless.
Accepted the L on this one but advise people to stay away from this company, bunch of cowboys
