Scam company

Article delivered. But much too late, even if i took express delivery. Additional costs came up. I contacted the support 3 times in 3 different ways, but no reaction. This is a scam company!

I have been placed order on 07/04/2021…

I have been placed order on 07/04/2021 (ID: 22667519), and purchased 3no.s of salvimar folgore shaft and sigalsub dyneema 5m... The actual cost of this order is ($149.21 USD) approximately INR: 9700/- .... But after placing order I was shocked.... Because INR: 21129.71/- deducted from my account for this purchase... it is around $283 USD.... Actually more than twice of actual cost.... It's single payment....
I send several messages to them ...but not yet received single response.... What can I do ???? Somebody help me.

Couldn’t return

Bought neoprene gloves which came up tiny! The postage back for a refund was the same price as the gloves! Will not buy from here again despite low prices.

Refusing to refund after their error

I ordered a scuba mask in December. It took a month to arrive and when it did it was the wrong one. They gave me a return label to post it back which I duly did. It is now the end of March and I still haven't received a refund. They are saying they haven't received the return, but I have proof of postage and the tracking says it's been delivered. Given the return was their fault in the first place, it's appalling customer service to refuse to refund me after THREE months!

Avoid. Dont be tempted by their low prices.

Ordered a dive rite harness and paid extra for faster delivery. 6 days later still no update. Only response I could get was this (pasted straight from email)
Thank you for contacting us.

Any date it's promised. ​All are estimated

Whatever that means. No comunication and no sight in end. Hopefuly paypal buyer protection might help me get my money back.
Avoid Diveinn/Scubastore at all costs!

Sooooo bad experience !!!!!!!!!

Sooooo bad experience! Always late with the shipment, disrespectful answering, ignoring messages, not answering the questions. Wonder if there is anyone here that can suggest some legal way of dealing with this company. They regularly break customers rights. Absurd shipment payments, dealing with the refunds for over 2 months! With no single 'sorry' or 'we apologise'.
Please don't ever do my mistake and buy from them!
Also the size charts they provide on their website is absolutely wrong (f.e. for SALVIMAR wetsuits) just baaaaad, poor, wrong!!!! Shut them!

Really great product. Very good service…

I have read a lot of very bad reviews about this company and I have to say I was more than a little bit worried about ordering anything from them. Because the price was so good and I was ordering with a credit card that protects me against fraud I decided to give them a try and I’m very happy that I did. I ordered two Cressi Leonardo dive computers and chose my shipping option. I was told that they would arrive by the 21st of October, had the US post office not sent them to Connecticut as opposed to Philadelphia they would have arrived perfectly on time. As it were they arrived only two days late but once again not their fault. The computers arrived and are perfect. I was able to dive with mine and I am very happy with my choice. This is a perfect entry level dive computer for both myself and my son. I would not hesitate and already plan to order from scubastore.com again.

SCUBA DIVERS BE AWARE! SCAM!

SCAM! DIVERS BE AWARE! I should have looked at the reviews first, shame on me. I ordered an Octo months ago from Scuba.store, Camiel first e-mailed to let me know that it was on back order, then Kathryn e-mailed 22 days later to let me know that it was going to be shipped within a week but after that silence! No tracking info, no updates and no response to any of numerous the e-mails I sent and of course no product. I tried to dispute through my bank but that was also unsuccessful. Divers be careful and God Bless!

Do not buy from this company

Purchased a dive computer from Scuba.store 8 weeks ago, no response to emails when enquired about delivery or even when I asked about a refund.

Stay away from this store as they are not professional, take your money under false pretence and no communication, thinj they are a scam!!

SCAM

Please avoid using this website. I have ordered goods and have been chasing up. Their website is down and have had no response via email and call. I will be reporting them tomorrow to my bank who will secure take it forward legally.

SCAM. Beware.

Placed my order on on August. After a week the following happened:

- Their website was inaccessible due to country restrictions.
- The online chat assistance was not working
- They did not respond to my emails
- They never answered my phone calls
- They blocked me from their fb when I asked about my order.
- Currently their website is down.

UPDATE:
I just got refunded thanks to my credit card that had protection against fraud. The whole process, from reporting the fraud to my bank until I got my money back, took around 75 days. Two things to consider:

- Their website is still not working and why should it, right? After all it is a scam.
- Trustpilot is not a pilot you can really trust.

SCAM

SCAM!
I placed my order back in JULY and they kept delaying it by two weeks. When I got tired and asked for a refund, they said:
"Thank you for your message and my apologies for not receiving your refund yet.
We have been having some technical difficulties with our refunds.
Quite some have bounced back to us, so I am assuming yours is one of those.
We are working on it with our bank to get this issue fixed and you will should receive your refund soon :)"

Less than 24 hours later the website is down, no answer to emails, nothing.

What is happening with this store !!!!

This company is a scam

Be aware! This company is a scam. I have ordered a diving computer from them at the beginning of August with an estimated delivery time of 2/3 weeks. I have never received it. Initially the conversation with customer service was great and then they disappeared: they don't answer to email or phone, their website is down and their Facebook account unavailable.
