Beware of dealing with this company. Their website does not work and they do not respond to e-mails. I recommend dealing with reliable companies and keeping away from new ones and whoever pays them must be sent to the bank to recover his money.

Scam. They are selling stuff they are not authorized to sell, I checked from manufacturer and legal actions are being taken towards this group of scammers. 8 weeks ago I placed and order and always excuses and excuses. Now fb taken down, website not in use and no reply to emails.
Contact your credit card company and ask for your money back, VISA at least will refund you. I will also file a police report of these scammers.

It appears they have just shut up shop after taking everyone's money and failing to fulfil the orders.
It's due to companies or scammers like this that make starting a business so hard.

Ordered a drysuit over a month ago now and still have not received it! Money was taken straight away! Kept telling me it would come next week! Now I can't access the website, they are not replying to emails and won't pick up the phone to answer my call. Don't know what to do now. I am out a lot of money with no way to contact them. Unheard of prices, they deliver all their products in perfect shape. Delivery time is a bit long, but the good customer service and good prices make up for it.

Ordered a suit on 22nd July 2020. Advised that i needed it by 7th August. agent said he would look into it the following week to make sure it would get to me on time or let me know. I totally understand that ordering during a pandemic is tricky but all it took was this company to let me know last week that the orders are not being filled in time and despite them taking the money off on the 22nd i will have to wait at least 4+ weeks for the suit to arrive and thats not even a promise, thats a hope. I have had to get in touch with them, despite them saying they would let me know last week. i have asked for a full refund and i am now without a suit for friday when i needed it. poor communications from customer service. basic stuff guys. really disappointed. order at your pearl.

Ordered a wet suit 3 weeks ago. Was told would ship within 7 days. Still have not received and have been told will have to wait another 2 weeks. So possibly after the summer has ended if I am lucky

Extremely disappointed with the service. Firstly started with the money being taken from my account and I received no confirmation email ( I had to get in touch to get them to send it) that’s fine these things happen no biggie!! So the days dragged on and no email confirming shipment ? Bit strange no email saying sorry there is a delay? So again I get onto them and I have been told it hasn’t been shipped yet. The reason being the “success” of the site. So starting to get wound up at this point I’m like sorry what ? I had ordered 2 weeks at this point. Try my best to keep my cool. The person I was talking to said oh next week ( week of 27th July) it will most likely be shipped. Get onto them AGAIN today (30th July) to be told another one or two weeks because of what .... you guessed it.... the “success” of the site. Adding to this the items I ordered as still in stock online. 10/10 would not recommend to a friend
UPDATE : it was 6 weeks of waiting for my items to be dispatched and I got sick of it so rather then using the online chat for customer support I gave them a call. I swapped out my items for alternatives and received them today ( one day shipping as I was told I would get on the phone) so if anyone has any issues I would recommend not using the online customer service chat but just give them a call. It was sorted out right there on the phone and I got my dispatch email no more then 10 minutes later. I wish I done that sooner. I understand with a new company there can be some teething issues and hopefully scuba.store can get them sorted out.
