Useless customer support
I needed help with an order as i made a mistake, so immediately after making the order i email the support team online to get it fixed. Maria, the person behind the support email, was absolutely useless in every sense. Took days to respond and when she did she did the complete wrong thing for me, then left me some useless email days later saying it was too late to do anything. Shocking how bad one can be at their job of answering emails. If you expect good customer support service from Scuffers, do NOT expect any, and certainly none from Maria :)

The team in change of the exchanges and returns service makes a great job. The money for return is paid in advance, even before to deliver the clothe to the shop. Also, in case of fit excahnge, they send the new size before you deliver the old one in the shop.
