The shorts are really cool, but the downside is that the quality isn’t very good, the fabric ripped because I caught it with my knee, and now more than half of the shorts have a torn stripe

The sweaters are nice but they are massive. I ordered my usual size and I could have fit in there twice. I really like wearing the sweaters but it’s not so comfortable when wearing a coat as well.

Never had my shipment delivered

Never had my shipment delivered. Emailed customer service for over a week, kept getting same automated message from customer service. No updates. Offered no compensation for my time, no refund, never reshipped my package. Waited over a month with nothing to show for it. I ordered there before and loved my sweatshirt, so I ordered a 2nd time and it was a horrible experience. It really sucks because I love their clothes.

You have to pay for exchange items

I had to pay $10 to exchange an item I understand paying for shipping if I’m returning something but for an exchange is just absurd, considering they’re expensive items

Great clothes, Issues with Washing

Great clothes, amazing fit, but one of my items got messed up after only one time in the wash. I’m really upset about it because it cost me a lot of money and got messed up after only ONE wear. otherwise I’d say the quality and fit are great.

Order was lost

The hoodie was due to arrive 12th May. I emailed to query where it was and was told it had been lost by the shipping company. As it was for my daughter’s birthday I asked when another one would be sent. This query was not answered and a refund was sent. No option for them to send another one was offered. I wouldn’t dare risk ordering again!

Love the quality and how quickly the orders arrive. I’ve seen some people commenting about the prices, but honestly my brother and I have pieces that have lasted for years. For me, that’s what makes it worth it. You’re paying for quality, not just a logo.

Wrong item received with no solutions !

I reported that I had received the wrong item. A person named Jorge replied to me twice saying that I had to return the item at my own expense, which I completely refuse since this mistake was made by Scuffers.

Since then, I have received no further response.

I am honestly shocked to buy a premium clothing item for nearly 100 euros and receive such terrible customer service unable to acknowledge its own mistake or simply send the correct item.

So no, thank you for this experience.

So I‘m totally happy with your designs…

So I‘m totally happy with your designs quality and clothes overall but… my latest order was really difficult and unsatisfactory. I ordered a jeans measured my size from your Sizeguide. The Pants arrived and were to small so I wanted to replace it with a bigger size. That worked but I had to pay 10€ extra for the shipping while the shipping for the whole order last time was around 7€. I somehow understand your point, but somehow I don’t. So long story short. I was a bit disappointed because I measured the pants with your sizeguide and it still didn‘t fit and I was a bit disappointed about the 10€ costs for the replacement because you’re sizeguide didn‘t fit the reality…
